A Texas ophthalmologist and co-founder of AmericanDoctors4Truth tore down the curtain on Obamacare last week, describing President Obamas signature legislative achievement for the con game of forced labor that it really is.
When she wrote to the Aetna insurance company canceling her participation in its offerings, Dr. Kristin Held of San Antonio was informed she is contractually bound to care for the companys patients for another year as though Obamacare not only re-configured the American health care system, it repealed the 13th Amendment at the same time.
In her letter dated Jan. 30, the long-time and vocal opponent of Obamacare wrote that the law of the land Obamacare is made up of politically-expedient mandates, rewards, penalties, rules and regulations with which I cannot rationally or morally treat my patients and run a practice, much less interpret, implement or comply.
In the letter, Held describes a strange form of care in which a doctors services are sold without the doctors knowledge or consent.
So here we are, Held wrote, you are getting new business offering health insurance plans featuring my services without my consent under terms which are unacceptable to me

2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Now watch the IRS and other Obama thugs descend on this doctor and try to destroy her.

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another to live for mine.
"Relaaaxxxx, Doc! It's only a tax!"
I want to buy this woman a nice dinner.
Follow the link to the text of the letter and read her blog. This woman is inspiring and I pray she’s not alone. This law needs to go down in flames with the Democrats wrapped around it’s neck.
Nice practice, you have. Be a shame is something were to happen to it.
:^)
okay everyones comments are nice but no one has asked the most important question, what does Laz think!
Isn’t it true that some of the most brilliant women are some of the most beautiful, too! Let’s see if the Leftists can tear her down like they do with all the Truth and the Good.
She is the opposite of a Hillary, Betty Friedan or Helen Thomas...LOL!!!! God does have a sense of humor, I am sure.
This is really an extension of EMTLA. Now involuntary servitude is required on a non-urgent basis. And just think, if she makes any coding errors or doesn’t follow a regulation that she unknowingly hasn’t agreed to, she is guilty of fraud.
We really do have criminal government.
>>okay everyones comments are nice but no one has asked the most important question, what does Laz think!<<
In this context that question is a tautology.
I think beauty goes along with a positive attitude. It seems to me women on the Left have such bad attitudes, and perhaps they do because of their self-image. I can’t answer for them.
As for Conservative women, I do believe they are more attractive. Perhaps it’s because they know Conservative men will appreciate them and defend them at the drop of a hat.
I agree that something is up there.
Perhaps the wages of sin are also homeliness and a scowl. You would think one verse could have addressed this in a book that size.

I don’t care what she looks like. But if she’s a conservative woman, believe me, the leftist press is actually going to attack her for being good looking. However, being good looking may attract the attention of the right, so perhaps it will be a wash.
That said, I’m really thrilled that a doctor has had the guts to just go for it and challenge this whole monstrosity. I think the thing that could be definitive would be for doctors to oppose it. I don’t care if it’s because of patient care or because of the doctor’s income: oppose it.
