It’s doing much better, thank you. Still have about 1 1/2 months of PT to do and hope that I have just about my full range of motion at the end of that.

I’ll take a big fan and wave it back to you.
Girls like the cold. Makes them feisty.
We have had a couple of Carbon monoxide related issues at work.. Not everyone uses good judgement when it comes to heating.
Too cold for our snow to melt.. Crunchies and slick places everywhere.

We had a new tiny baby in the family.
December 3. Came in at 2 pounds 4 ounces.
Got to go home from the hospital this week. Doubled her birth weight.

I ride a stationary bike only pulling and pushing with my affected arm, “codmans’.....swinging my arm freely while bending over and holding a 5lb weight, wall walks, isometrics, using the rubber bands in 3 positions, pulley, etc... plus they apply a moist heat before I start, then when I’m finished exercising they do ultrasound and then ice and electrods at the same time. It takes me nearly 2 hours for the whole routine. I’d rather be napping to tell the truth! LOL!

There are always bad things happening when it is so cold....and heating issues are routine problems.
We’ve probably had half a dozen major apartment fires in the last few weeks...a couple were bad space heaters and one was ashes left on the deck next to the house.
