Of course I should’ve stopped reading earlier when I was so refreshingly reassured that in most cases people just get knocked out and don’t die - that only occurs in rare circumstances.

Just love when they start to get it, make me think of when I read in cowboy and Indian books how the Indians used to sneak up on victims and slap them thereby counting coop ? spelling ? and in the older days knights slapped their adversaries with gloves to challenge them to a duel, nowadays I guess it is a one way street
