After my animated description of President Obama's strangely listless conference call of yesterday, my wonderful wife encouraged me to be kind.
So let me say something sympathetic about Donny Deutsch. Sure, he's a member of the Manhattan/Hamptons liberal axis. But I sense he's more of a old-fashioned Dem, someone, for example, who embraces American exceptionalism. So when on today's Morning Joe the adman admitted that the Obamacare failure might set back progressive government for an entire generation, it's noteworthy. Adding to liberal heartburn, Howard Fineman later said "I sort of agree with Donny" and that Obamacare could be a "huge disaster for Democrats."

That will be on the Republicans. If they continue to elect politicians that want to "fix government", it will be a one or two presidents.
If they elect politicians that want to dismantle the Washington we have today back to it's constitutionally mandated limits, it could be for a many generations.
THE DOGS DON'T LIKE IT.
“Dem should be very worried about another shoe/boot dropping on Obamacare.”
Next shoe: January when they all realize they can’t keep their doctors either.
“Why isnt anybody on our side saying this is the greatest thing for the advancement of liberty and freedom since Reagan was elected? Maybe because most Republicans are secretly dictator-wannabes and support the despot? Why is it that hardly anybody talks of liberty and freedom these days (except Limbaugh, Levin, Palin, Cruz and Lee)?”
A wise candidate will realize he or she represents the entire electorate, no just the base.
There are people in the electorate that want Obamacare to work. Additionally, doing the happy dance will anger media members, sure they hate you, but why inspire them?
For those on “our side”, (I quote that because I’m more of a libertarian), it’s best to be statesman like. Let the bill collapse from it’s own weight. Then, offer plans to clean up the mess. Also known as governing.
There are subtle ways to further the cause of freedom. Unfortunately, with most politicians, it’s so subtle it’s undetectable. Most, regardless of party, see to waft along the growing winds of tyranny and despotism.
Dem will do what dems do...
They’ll come up with a new ‘bait and switch’... Here’s how it will work:
Since insurance companies are in on the scam - Obama will add a bunch of new citizen groups to the gravy train - they’ll get ‘free’ insurance now (the bait) that they’ll lose in a year and have to pay for through the nose (the switch). Insurance companies get their money - citizens are shut up - and everything’s paid for by adding massively to the national debt.
People who were cancelled will get upgraded Obabmacare insurance for the same price as their old (inferior?) policy (the bait) and next year when there’s no one to fight for them, they’ll get the BILL (that will bankrupt some families - the switch). In the mean time to pay for these bribes, Obama will print and borrow more money - further weakening the economy.
Lucky for Obama the New York Times’ boys will be lined up on their knees ready to kiss Obama’s butt and they’ll ‘miss’ this scam just like they ‘missed’ all the other ones... Think ‘PRNewswire for the DNC’...
From their lips to God’s ears!
Well, you’re right; but it usually covers personal joy in any one’s misfortune. But, point well-taken.
Two thousand pages of legislation, and 20 thousand pages of regulations, are too many pages for a big government instruction manual, or the manuals on how to use the manual.
The current Obama/Dem playbook is soooo out of Atlas Shrugged, where the looters pull out another “bait and switch” to buy themselves a few more months, when it will be time for the next “bait & switch”, hopefully to get them through the next election.
I don’t think he was.
The “Shaden” part means “shameful”.
Sound like Germany in the 1930’s to you?

they wont stop, they will push for single payer, blaming the insurance companies...saying it should not have to be this complicated.
Deutsch is a Douche.
I would bet, if you probed a bit, you’d find that this person is heavily invested in the righteous feeling he gets from advocating that everyone get healthcare.
Notice it’s not about the actual results, or the workability, but in the feeling you get for being a “good person who cares”.
