Sounds like the the kenyan is trying to dump the mess on the insurance companies. “Allow” them to keep the cancelled plans but not require them to sell the old plans. What a cluster.
And yet, when we point out the “connections”, we are often ridiculed.
And then EXACTLY what was predicted comes to pass.
And, then, of course, it’s just a “coincidence!”
He’s gonna say insurance companies need to re-issue cancelled plans even if they go against Obamacare rules.
Not sure how that will work in reality but that’s what he’ll say.
