Let me be clear. My ironclad promise that you can keep your plan and doctor has evolved due to Republican obstructionism and several bad players in the insurance industry. We had no idea how bad the situation really was until we began trying to implement our plan. The bumps in the road that we are now experiencing are largely due to the irresponsible way the industry has been managed by previous administrations. /S
