Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) is planning to release legislation next week that would provide legal status for six years to undocumented immigrants in the United States, he said in an interview Wednesday.
Issa, an influential Republican who leads the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, described the legislation as a come-from-the-shadows effort that would allow the government to do a full accounting of those who are in the U.S. illegally. Immigrants in this new status would be able to travel to their native country while on this temporary visa, he said.

If all 200 Democrats in the House voted for an Immigration Reform bill, it would only take 18 Republican RINOs to join with them to pass it. 85 House Republicans voted with all the Democrats on the government shut down/debt ceiling bill.
RINOs from districts with large Latino populations could do it. For example, Darrell Issa’s 49th Congressional District in California is 26% Latino.
Some politicians put self-interest ahead of national interest.
Darrell Issa?? Seriously? I’m so disappointed.
That's what they are counting on. They need the revenue. That's the whole reason my horror of a governor just gave illegals driver's licenses. They have to have them to sign up for Obamacare.
No. No he’s not. He’s doing what his donors want. Business owners in CA want it because it lowers wages. Who can blame them, they are so persecuted here. The rest of us are making plans to leave the state.
My Rep Kevin McCarthy will vote for it. But it’s like Michele Bachmann says, it doesn’t matter what they pass in the house. It goes to committee and we have the Senate amnesty bill, which also more than doubles legal immigration. Go look at www.NumbersUSA.com to see why that is a really bad idea. We can’t let them pass anything. Nothing.
Nah, they all look like they come from Somalia, especially the so called ""Latinos"… so they should be deported there. (Esp. because they apparently have no central government. [Link])
We’re at a crossroads as a country right now. If millions of illegals are given voting rights there will be no turning back. We’ll slowly turn into another socialist Latin American country.
Is Issa really Islamic or is he a Middle Eastern Christian? There are many Christians from Lebanon, Syria and Egypt. These Christians have been here for several generations. I think most of the Moslems have been arriving in the past thirty years. Are you sure he is Moslem?
This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. We do need immigration reform - protect the borders and block illegal immigrants; improve the legal process and reduce the backlog and bureaucracy that makes it miserable and long; aggressively deport criminal aliens.
If we don’t “reform” immigration, we have de facto amnesty as it is.
I worked alongside Irv Rubin every day for about 3 months at the US Post office in Van Nuys CA 1977, the guy was quite a boisterous character and sure hated Jew haters its all he talked about
Limbaugh thinks Issa is a wimp. Issa is a good RINO to be selling amnesty like McCain.
Didn’t Issa donate 1 million to recall the governor?

First off read the article before you make assumptions or form impressions.
This older article pretty well explains how American whites gentiles are excluded from the debate and process that changed the face of America, and how those liberals that are changing it now are cutting their own throats, as well as most Americans. To quote the article and the position of liberal elites:
“The white ‘Christian’ supremacists who have historically opposed either all immigration or all non-European immigration (Europeans being defined as Nordic or Anglo-Saxon), a position re-asserted by Peter Brimelow, must not be permitted to play a prominent role in the debate over the way America responds to unprecedented demographic change.”
To summarize, our country has been changed for the worse and not to benefit the many.
I have one and only one standard. NO citizenship, ever, for people who came here illegally.
Beyond that, “guest worker,” or whatever they want to call it..I couldn’t care less. Just no citizenship.
Hank
Issa is of little use to much of anyone; I wonder by the CA liberals keep him around.
