One last note, the Nektar LP “Sounds Like This” was recorded directly to two track live in the studio at about this hour of the morning.
No Dubs no massaging, this is straight up.
One of the best recordings ever in my estimation.

A raging headache? Hm-m-m-m.
I'm re-reading the 1990 version (1200 pages) of Stephen King's The Stand, so when I hear about headaches and cold-like symptoms, I feel a little chill go up my spine.

“I have a peanut butter cup...maybe that will work?”
Yes, any jolt of sugar should always cure a normal, ol’ headache unless there is some specific malady in the works. It is just the brain crying out for a quick shot of energy! Besides, I love butter cups! ;-)
However, straight sugar is the most fast. Straight sugar followed by a glass of water is even more quick. The body does not have to process all of the other ingredients in candy. Candy works but will be slower than sugar. I used to have candy bars in my desk at work for just such headaches. I could not keep a bowl of sugar in my desk. They worked 100% of the time.
“Coincidence? Not? No horrible leg cramps since.”
No, I do not believe that it is a coincidence. The muscles need potassium in any form. But you can’t have the attitude that, well, i’m cured now so that I can stop taking the bananas and potassium. You have to keep taking them.

Cool front got here a couple of hours ago, and dropped the temps about 10 degrees. Still in the mid 70s, but better than the 90s we had yesterday.
