That is not the point of republican government. We send people to battle out the ideas and then to take a vote. And who has the most votes prevails. And if the people don't like the result of the vote, or the resulting law, then can replace those who vote to alter or repeal what has been done.
McCain and his colleagues have done everything possible over the decades to avoid voting for things, with unanimous consents and arranging things so that the outcome is known ahead of time, instead of just battling things out, taking a vote, and facing the consequences.
Well, they'll have to take a vote today. In the open. In front of the people. And face the consequences.
McCain is French, right?
McCain is a tiring old man riding his high horse into the sunset.
I call that progress.
McAinal McQueeg is totally irrelevant with conservative republicans. He is only important to the gay rats, who control our media. These dregs of humanity, spend their semi sober hours in Gay hot tubs, writing bs about their hero while trying to make Ted Cruz look bad. In spite of their trash posing as journalism, we now have the totally irrelevant McAinal McQueeg and a stronger Ted Cruz.
What he meant was "conservatism is worst he's seen".
When clearly defined, issues can be resolved.
Then an ass like John McCain comes in to cause some to wonder if the Conservative efforts are sane or not. His actions concerning Cruz and the Tea Part are excellent examples.
There is massive partisanship and confusion, in no small measure because of John McCain. If he and a sellect few others had fallen in behind Cruz, these issues would be black and white.
Instead we are left with subtle shades of gray for far more members of our populace than there would normally be.
So John, if you are truly tired of the partisanship, go back to Arizona and let saner men lead.
You have been a total disaster. From your childhood to your adulthood, to your senile years, you have been one big massive F-up. And frankly, its getting worse by the day.
Go away!
Actually, he does not seem to be able to get on the horse or in the wagon. no strength.
It’s not the Tea Party’s fault, no matter what your hearing from your sycophantic staffers.
Every day, I come closer to the realization that the crazy old fart would have been an even worse president than Obama.
It is so sad when dementia takes hold and one forgets what was once important to them and loses a grip in reality. So sad indeed!
You and Linda are dividing the Republican Party, alright.
I think you may be correct
John, just change parties. It worked out great for your pal Arlen.
hobbyhorse....
When was the last time McCain attacked a Democrat? Seriously, does anyone know?
Has he ever attacked a Democrat?
McQueeg would do the country a favor by retiring immediately or at least become somewhat honest by changing parties and becoming a RAT, that’s where he belongs.
“Every day, I come closer to the realization that the crazy old fart would have been an even worse president than Obama.”
That’s true, but we wouldn’t have a college pal of Obama on the Supreme Court to tell him what the votes were so he could enact his thuggery and blackmail campaign.
