Eleanor Holmes Norton, another CBC gasbag.
Fox is saying he was from New York.
Ah! Of course..
” Federal law enforcement official said Aaron Alexis was 34-years-old. He is believed to have a criminal record and to be a holder of a concealed carry weapon permit.”
Interesting.
He seems a bit too young to be Aaron’s Father.
The Caribbean connection makes sense, as I think the shooter looks to have that heritage as well.
SCORE! It's one of those little hole-in-the-wall mom & pop shops that I like, and in this case mom and pop just happen to be Thai.Very good food. (And no buddha or happy cat which means we actually get to eat there again lol). Good flavors, and very fresh. Not very big inside, but they also do to-go and delivery orders.
Hubby ordered the yellow curry with chicken. He asked for a zero on the spicy scale, but of course curry itself is a bit spicy so for him that was more than enough. I tasted the broth and veggies (peas and carrots), and it was excellent.
I ordered the "veggie delight" with only tofu, no meat. It also had an excellent flavor. I ordered it with a spicy level of 2, but it didn't taste spicy at all, I probably could have gone with a 4 easily (then again, it also didn't have curry).
Both came with choice of steamed or fried rice on the side, and were only $7.95 per order. Nice and piping hot, of course we could hear them cooking it right when we ordered.
We of us were both stuffed. But one thing I like about Thai food is that you don't feel icky stuffed and heavy greasy, you just feel like you ate enough good food.
I can't wait to go back and try another flavor, I may get the yellow curry with tofu.
Okay he’s not from Texas. He’s from somewhere else. But we aren’t saying from where ‘cause we don’t want people from there feeling bad.
The doctrine of vicarious liability.
20+ years ago the $PLC won a civil law suit against Tom Metzger, his son, and his white supremacist group. The suit was on behalf of a victim of a vicious murder by skinheads of a defenseless black man.
IIRC the skinheads were not members of WAR and their only connection was the public statements released by Metzger's group.
Fat chance of exposing the influence that the lucrative civil rights and victims' industries, the Obama Administration, the radical Muslim groups, the Obama Administration's U.S. Department of MSM, whoever, has on many in the radicals around the Nation.
You, sir, are a fellow troglodyte.
It is a real city....The old Carswell AFB, now a Joint Reserve Base and a Federal Corrections facility is located there now. General Dynamics is located in White Settlement also.
Several years ago there was an attempt to change the city’s name but was soundly rejected by the voters.
From Wiki:
The name of White Settlement originated as a result of there being two settlements in the area: one occupied predominantly by Native Americans (near where Fort Worth is located today), and the other one being occupied by white settlers. The latter settlement received the name “White Settlement” as a way to distinguish itself from the Native American settlement. The city was incorporated in 1941.[6]
On October 14, 2005, city leaders announced a plan to have local voters decide on a possible name change for the town from White Settlement to West Settlement. In the November 8 election, the name change was overwhelmingly rejected by a vote of 2388 to 219.

Apparently, he fired a shot through the ceiling of his apartment while cleaning his gun. Scared the bejesus out of the woman above, who called the cops. He was arrested, but was released the same day without being charged.
I believe Rove lives in Austin. Could be wrong, I guess.
