So, the head law enforcement agency in the federal government, charged with enforcing the laws of the land, now state they will not do so because they (or someone pulling their strings) don't like the states passing laws they don't like (even if the SC agrees with the law).

Every time an illegal alien votes or a dead person votes or a person votes multiple times, it diminishes the voting rights of every person who is legitimately eligible to vote.

If the DOJ were interested in protecting the rights of ELIGIBLE voters, they would take every step necessary to ensure that everyone who actually voted was ELIGIBLE. Instead they are ensuring that ineligible voters will have no problems illegally voting.

Texas should immediately petition that the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas (San Antonio), dismiss the Just Us Department’s lawsuit as frivolous. Currently it has a 10 Republican appointed judge to 5 Democrat appointed judge balance.

Ironically, that is about the same balance as has the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which the Just Us Department would have to appeal to if the Western District Court dismissed the case.

From there, an appeal would go to Justice Scalia.
