Barack Obama’s latest plan to reshape America will involve punishing white communities for their lack of inclusion.
Already the Obama Administration has doled out “damages” to 25,000 Americans in the last three years in housing reparation payments. It’s like Pigford on steroids.

Shaun Donovan, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, in a July 16 speech to the NAACP about a new regulation and database aimed at adding “protected classes” into predominantly white neighborhoods.
The federal government is getting serious about pushing racial and ethnic diversity into America’s neighborhoods–and is using big data and big money to achieve its aims.
A new interactive database will help regulators, local housing officials and individuals take action on a newly proposed regulation that would require agencies to “affirmatively further” the inclusion of minority residents in white neighborhoods.
Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan announced the database and regulation at last week’s NAACP convention, saying the Obama administration was battling “a quieter form of discrimination” that was “just as harmful” as long-outlawed segregationist practices, like racially restrictive property covenants.
The problem now, Donovan said, is that prospective minority buyers are not being encouraged to move into predominantly white neighborhoods with top-notch schools, government services and amenities like grocery stories, etc.
The goal here then is to continue to prosecute at a high rate incidences deemed proactively segregationist – Donovan touted 25,000 individuals in the past 3 years being paid damages under cases reported to the agency or independently investigated by HUD – but to add in a mandate for diversifying neighborhoods.
The old way was to punish exclusion. The new way is to punish lack of inclusion.
the liberals are constantly complaining how dangerous whites are to the poor blacks. Won’t this be putting these victimized blacks more in danger?

By punishing states and cities who don’t ‘give’ Blacks a home at a ‘special price.’
I have searched for the maps that have the details by race/street. This was part of the census bar code match up. Supposedly, the documents are out there, but I can’t find them. There are a couple of companies who are selling the data. Otherwise, this is an ‘Easter egg’ a la 0bamacare and Amnesty. It will just be sprung on us.

Hadn't thought about that. I can imagine forcing the Allendale neighborhood in Austin - rich liberals and leftover hippies - being forced to have minorities in their area.
If 0bama can own more and more of the homes and collapse the housing market, people will have to crawl and suck..... to get a desirable home at a price they can afford—or be ‘given’ it.
Other people will simply see their home values absolutely destroyed. Along with their wealth.

In the long run this whole scheme may have a problem—CBO: Killing Babies Will Save the Government Money—especially since blacks tend to utilize abortion services at a higher rate than other races.
We were dealing with the same kinds of things as far back as the 80s. The powers-that-be ordered the U.S. Fish & Wildlife to "diversify" by hiring more black female wildlife biologists, huge penalties for not making the quota (although they didn't call it a quota, it was). It never occurred to them to ask just how many black females would actually choose a career as a wildlife biologist. Pretty sparse numbers, but that didn't stop them from having the policy.

Silver lining is that if any issue can get white voters off their couch to cast their vote for a Conservative, Republican, RINO, Libertarian, escaped chimpanzee or ANYTHING that is not at Democrat....

I guess they will have to start busing in black folks from Chicago and Detroit into New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, The Dakotas etc, just to make sure every neighborhood has enough diversity.
I assume they mean just black folks. If they are being ‘fair’ they will also have to relocate a bunch of orientals from LA, San Fransisco and Vancouver. We don’t have our fair share of them.
Oh, and some muslims from Dearbornistan.... Or maybe they will import them directly from the madrassas in the Middle east.
And maybe move some ‘hispanics’ from the south border states to Vermont and New Hampshire, just to be fair.
