George Zimmerman found not guilty
Here are my own feelings regarding this highly publicized trial, which I followed the trial closely...each day.
The jury clearly looked at the evidence, which was overwhelming for the defense and Zimmerman.
Zimmerman's nose was broken and his face was bruised and bloodied after the confrontation. He had cuts and bruises on the back of his head. He had grass stains on the back of his shirt and pants. Treyvon had no injuries from the fight, except the gunshot wound. There were scrapes on his knuckles. And he had grass stains on his knees. All of this was supported by the forensic evidence and was not challenged.
It is clear who was delivering a beating, and who was receiving it. An eye witness indicated Treyvon was on top of Zimmerman and hitting him. Clearly, the one who was screaming histerically, and terrified for help, was the one being beaten, not the one on top doing the beating.
In almost all cases, the prosecution witnesses, under cross examination, gave testimony that ended up supporting Zimmerman's story.
It is tragic that things happened like they did. But neither person had broken any laws, or committed any crime, and could have walked away from this up until the time one of them decided to sucker punch the other in the face, break his nose and knock him down. Even then Treyvon could have walked away and had very little long term personal consequence. But when he began beating Zimmerman on the ground as he did, he took a path that led to his death. Zimmerman finally shot, and the forensic evidence showed that Treyvon was shot at close range, with the bullet traveling upward through his body (and his heart) while Zimmerman was on the ground.
There simply was not evidence of any hate crimes. There was simply no evidence of murder or negligence. The jury decided that Zimmerman was defending himself.
We know now that Zimmerman, an Hispanic male, mentored young black kids in his spare time. No racist there at all.
Howerver, the entire nation was treated to a biased, planned effort to make Zimmerman look like a racist who tracked down and killed a very young, happy black youth. Here are what America was regularly treated to, for months on end, characterizing the two:
Now, that is a picture that was specifically meant to support the false narrative that was estabished. See how menacing and bad Zimmerman looks? See how angelic Treyvon looks?
If they had a mind, they could have used other photos to make the exact opposite appear true. For example, here's one making Zimmerman look like an angel and Treyvon look like a demon.
See how that works. As it was, here's how they both actually looked near the time of the incident. Treyvon was a large kid. An athlete who was in good shape and about the size in relation to Zimmerman that this picture shows:
It is tragic that a 17 year old young man was killed. But, as you can see, he was not a "little" kid. He was 6' 2" tall, 170 lbs, and was quite muscular and fit as a high school football player. Zimmerman was 5'9", also weighed around 170 lbs, but was not in good shape. And Treyvon was not angelic...far from it. His facebook page and tweets make that clear enough, as does his own record...all of which the jury could not hear or see...and in the end, did not need to.
Would Zimmerman have died that night? We will never know. But he clearly thought he was in great danger, and he was definitely being beat up. So he finally pulled his gun and shot in self defense.
I pray the country can move on from this. This case was trumped up by politicians, the Media, and those seeking a racial cause. The local police had already pretty much determined what this jury found and that is why Zimmerman was released after being taken to the police station that night. These types of things happen fairly often in this nation of 350 million.
For example, shortly before this event, a black man, who was being stalked by 4-5 white thugs, was at home one night when these thugs came to his house and began calling him names, and throwing rocks at his home from his drive way. He was safe in his home. It was secure and he was armed. He did not have to go out. But they were on his property and he decided to go out and confront them. There was an argument. One of the young men, about 19 years old, charged the man yelling that he was going to hurt him. The man shot...and the 19 year old died.
That man was not tried. He was not arrested for murder or manslaughter. Everyone knew these kids were on his property and up to no good. He could have stayed inside, but he decided to confront the evil on his property and when attacked, he defended himself. I have no problem with it...and believe more Americans should send such messages to criminals when they are threatened. 911 takes on average 9 minutes for anyone to get there. Usually by that time, it is over.
That above case happened in Florida by the way...and there was no outcry, no demands to punish that man for killing the much younger man. It was clearly self defense...as was this case with Zimmerman.

That does not mean it is something to be rejoiced...but it is something that Zimmerman and his wife and family can and should be thankful for. Thank God he was armed and was willing and able to use it against a criminal who was in the process of severely beating him (and probably would have killed him.
That is an excellent summary of events. This was a political show trial and nothing more. Fortunately the defense was solid and the jury followed the law not the prescribed political outcome.
No dog in this fight shy of justice vs mob rule and polidiots and presstitutes pandering to the race card throwers. This BS should have never passed a grand jury that would have been no billed the case as presented by the local police.
Listened to Zimmermans brother smack down Piers Morgan in a very clean and professional manner. That man needs his own show IMO.
He’s a calm, intelligent thinker. I say such without knowing his politics. That was how impressed I was with Robert Zimmermans rebuttal to all the myths and fabricated BS the polidiots spewed to the public.
The Paula Deens and the George Zimmermans got a taste or what they voted for recently.
Voters take note. America’s infrastructure is broke. Not real sure it can ever be repaired.

Just imagine what it would be like to have a thoroughly corrupt federal bureaucracy actively lying about you and spending federally controlled monies to attack you personally.
Time for the games to heat up and get this over with. No use in allowing yet another generation of children to grow up under the demonic crap the democrips are spewing. The thuggery has self identified. Time for them to go.
We Floridians will take the proper action to see that there is a full investigation of the actions of State Attorney Angela Cory. Governor Rick Scott is already receiving emails and phone calls.

It's just a matter of time before we as a people either put them down at the ballot box...or they push it to the cartridge box.
I yet pray earnestly that we as a people can turn it around short of that...but that is where it is headed and we not only need to be prepared, we need to make sure they know it.
The correct wording is 100% INNOCENT.
The prosecution did not have a shred of evidence to the contrary.

In a scuffle like that its not Zimmerman’s gun or Martins gun,Its the gun and whoever controls it wins.
This case puts beyond all doubt that the Liberal Media are nothing more than propagandists. Thank goodness the ladies on the jury were able to see the truth.

Yes, he did. What he did was his own, not "the pimps'" responsibility. As has been said MANY times here, he chose to double back and catch the cracka, he chose to sucker punch him, he chose to trip him ("ground") and sit on his chest and rain down punches ("pound"). That was his style of street fighting, and dang it, he was proud of it! He chose to go for the gun as soon as he saw it.
The entire fight was St. Skittles' own actions, not the poverty pimps or nasty girlfriend on the phone forced him to do it. They suck and need to stop trying to destroy the country, but they are not why St. Skittles is dead.

I think that little fact is never brought up. It doesn't quite fit the narrative that the media wanted to present.
Simple question. .who through the first punch..and the second. .and the third...ect...ect...ect...
Up till the the trigger was pulled..what crime had Zimmerman done on Martin?. ..what crime had Martin done on Zimmerman?...if no gun what crime happen..assault on Zimmerman by Martin..or assault on Martin by Zimmerman?
Because befor the trigger was pulled..there was a crime in progress and the gun stopped it...so what was the crime in progress the gunshot stopped?
It a rhetoric question..the answer is Martin was assaulting Zimmerman. ..
