Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Today the defense attorney, Mark OMara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

You’re welcome. I just wanted to provide some links to the official instructions and approved lessers by the FL Supreme Court. There’s been much confusion about it.
In short, the accusatory pleading filed by Angela Corey charged GZ of second degree murder with a depraved mind. However, the jury instructions for that crime must include instructions for category one lesser-included offenses unless the prosecution asks to exclude them.
bet the NAAlCP convention is going to rob their convention hotel of everything not nailed down in retaliation.
If I understand you, that scenario is
5 vote guilty and
1 vote not guilty
From such one does not get acquittal. What am I missing?

I lived between Orlando and Sanford, albeit in the 70s. Back then, no one messed with the Sanford police. I know things are different there now, but things appear tenser right now here in Memphis than they have in a long while.

Geez....Most of us called that ages ago. But they are the experts.
I agree like this trial - where there should not have been one.
He did mentioned there should have been a grand jury first to see if there is enough evidence to proceed.
Rush doesn’t know, and the experts don’t know.
It’s just that it seems like the more there’s reasons and proof there is of doing something one way, the more likely the opposite people choose the opposite.
