Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday the prosecution provide closing arguments (Summary: http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/07/states-closing-argument-two-hours-of-raising-doubt).
Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

If anyone has a commute that goes through a city (*cough* Chester, PA *cough*) either GET HOME NOW or plan your detour.
He’s a member of the protection team, that’s exactly where I’d want him.
I expect the jury to fall for the manslaughter route thinking it’s a minor penalty. A compromise verdict will show that they were “reasonable” in their deliberations. They think they “have to send a message”.

Jury has nothing about sentences. Nothing. And And manslaughter can get 30+ maybe even more. It's not clear to me.
Heavenly Father, Please give this jury discernment and wisdom at this time. Please don’t let them make a wrong choice out of fear. Help them to be brave in making the right decision in this case. Be with George Zimmerman and his family at this time and give them peace while they await the outcome. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. In Jesus Name. Amen.
The Martin family probably retired to the mayor’s office to listen to that 911 tape again and decide whether to accept the jury verdict when it comes or claim that they was robbed.
Did O’Mara get a chance to slip in that manslaughter carries a max 30 year sentence to the jury?
hey neighbor! I’m in Winter Park. I really think voter FRAUD played a major roll in this last election and that was the biggest factor in the outcome.

Ok here’s a thought I haven’t heard brought out yet...
TM had that drink for over an hour, a COLD drink and it wasn’t opened. Neither were the skittles. How many teenage boys you know but a drink and candy, TAKE THEIR TIME walking home and don’t open the candy OR THE COLD DRINK on the way? Sure, it was raining, however that didn’t bother him apparently because he appeared in no hurry, so why not open the drink and candy??
Saving it until he got home where the cough syrup was?

Talk about a travesty of justice. If the jury comes back with anything BUT a not guilty verdict, this will serve as fair warning (by the left) to any and ALL of us.
I’m still waiting for our ‘fair warning’ to them. (but not holding my breath)
Judge is making 2nd degree murder sound like it’s a casual charge.
