I notice the ring......bet he is a pip to live with. I can just see him wanting o know why his socks aren’t paired.
O’Mara drew the short straw — he has to stay and listen to this grasshopper — West went home a long time ago — he’s having some soft serve right about now.
no...I’ve prepared court exhibits. it’s really impossible for the creator to create. what it does is add a time element.
My mistake. Should have followed the conversation before posting.
no they don’t in fact, i’d say they were messing with the prosecution...and the judge
I saw a comment on the WFTV blog that basically said “Since this re-enactment is based upon the states witnesses, why are they trying to prevent it from being played for the jury? That ought to tell you something right there!” LOL!

That tired old joke comes to mind:
Q: What does an assistant assistant district attorney use for birth control?
A: His personality.
Ask GZ.
Any exhibit showing TM on top of GZ helps a self defense argument.
that was all the swearing.....
The judge cuts him off to ask MoM a question. She wants to allow this.
Personally, I don’t know why the judge has let this song and dance go on for so long, since she’s probably going to shoot the defense down, anyway. She’s done so since the trial started.

I’m not hearing Judge Tool wants this animation included as evidence.
Judge is sounding like she is not going to allow the animation to be shown to the jury anyway. So it’s probably been a waste of time.
And I’ll pretend to kiss that smarmy little Mantei mouth.
Book Mark.

My take is, she’s genuinely interested in this legal technology, in a professional sense, and she’s keenly aware that she could be part of “legal history” for allowing it, or not. So she’d LIKE to do the “right thing”, however she sees it.
Of course, she may STILL rule it inadmissable, since her TENDENCY is to help the persecution.
Well obviously because the animation does more than just draw a picture for the jury, but makes it into a movie that they could and would understand re: what actually happened according to previous testimony. Can’t have that!
