Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

If curling occurs at all, then there is NO inconsistancy between GZ’s statement that he spread the arms, and BDLR’s snarky comment last week that St. Trayvon hand’s were found under him.
He did, it was in the 911 call. GZ said something like “I think he’s high” then later said “oh yea he’s high.”

Sounds familiar. Unless an attorney is: on drugs, had sex with the client, committed and convicted of a crime, or stole a large sum of money, forget it. Although the Bar here is not above persecuting an attorney that isn’t PC.

I think GZ spread his upper arms as best he could with TM’s elbows bent...and hands were always under the body.

The 1-10 minutes thing is pretty insignificant. It just proves he didn’t die instantly. The ME cannot not attest to anything about circumstances of the death, only what happened to the body.

My next-door-neighbor (a friend too?) just weighed in on this case today and lo and behold, turns out...she’s an idiot.
She has bought into the leftist version of events lock, stock and barrel... apparently because she has a 20-something year old grandson in prison (that I knew nothing about). I guess her false assumption is....17 (or 20-something) is too young to deserve to get shot and killed OR to go to prison.
I am, as we speak, still stunned by this revelation...lol.

Everyone please remember one very important thing about this trial and every other trial & hearing. The court system is a set-up by and government run operation. None of us are aware of a single thing that the government does well. Nothing, zip, zero, nada......
They suck at everything, and if all trials were televised for our pleasure, we’d be seeing and saying exactly the same thing that we have here about nearly every one of them.
The government is an incompetent, inefficient money-pit. Once you apply that to EVERYTHING they do life will make more sense.
