That's a remarkable statement to come from the Martin legal team, since race is the only reason we're having this trial at all. Everyone from the Martin family's lawyers, to the professional grievance industry, to characters like the New Black Panther Party was busy whipping up riot conditions and treating Zimmerman as a fugitive from racial justice, which led to filmmaker Spike Lee endangering the lives of an innocent couple that just happened to be named "Zimmerman." And there's a good reason the media referred to Zimmerman as "white" until photos of him finally leaked out, and they had to change it to "white Hispanic," a very special demographic of which George Zimmerman seems to remain the only high-profile member.

As the likelihood of a not-guilty verdict grows, the machinery of racial unrest is getting pumped up again. Death threats against "creepy ass cracka" George Zimmerman are flying around Twitter. An acquittal might be the best thing that could happen for certain political and cultural actors, as Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit suggested: "Obama and the Democrats would actually prefer an acquittal here. That’s because the whole point of the ginned-up Zimmerman affair was to inflame racial sentiment to boost black turnout in 2012. With any luck, they can turn an acquittal into another racial rallying cry, which will help in 2014. It’s not about Zimmerman; he’s just one of those eggs you have to break to make an Obama omelet." I suspect one reason the lawyers are starting to back away from the racial claims is that nothing has appeared to support them in court. There's very little left of the prosecution's case for second-degree murder;

It's already happening. Note the 2 recent videos:

- The white mother getting beaten in her own home in front of her 3 year old daughter by a large black male home invader, and finally thrown down the stairs.

- The 15 y/o white boy getting jumped, beaten, and kicked while down, supposedly for his basketball shoes.

This generation have lost their morals, their restraint, and any respect for the law or the rule of law ("Dun meen nuttin to me, iz a cracka law!"). There is only one law they understand, and that is the rule of the street. Wake up folks, Disneyland is closed and you need to saddle up or become extinct in a violent manner. After mentioning this case to a few people to check out reactions, black people fall along the same lines in this case as they do about voting for Obastard: About 95% think Zimmerman hunted down poor St. Skittles, beat him and murdered him in cold blood. They think Second-Degree Murder is actually too mild a crime. (My sampling is completely non-scientific, because everybody I asked is employed.)

IOW, line up 20 blacks, and only one will admit Martin got what he deserved. Obastard has set back race relations over 100 years, and he did it on purpose for his own gain.

The DA indicted a “ham sandwich “ with the sheep in the grand jury.

On that I must beg to differ. The State Attorney very carefully avoided going to a grand jury and indicted Zimmerman on her own precisely because she knew a grand jury would not indict him, the evidence of a legitimate self defense killing being so compelling. IOW she deliberately Nifonged him, just like the entirely innocent defendants in the Duke Rape Case.
