I'm in Conroe, Texas. Last week I had to get in my bathroom with my puppy and put a big cushion on top of us and I put on a motorcycle helmet I have for that purpose and hoped we weren't going to be killed. There was circulation over the town and the hook was there on the radar and the weather channel was saying for everyone in my town to take cover that they didn't know if it was going to drop to the ground.
I could see in my mind what happened to Moore and really thought I'd had it. After thirty-five minutes the weather channel said it was okay, it didn't drop to earth.
I have left that big love seat cushion leaned against the wall in that bathroom because it's difficult for me to get it in there and until this tornado weather changes, the cushion is staying there.
I'm watching the weather channel now as this deadly weather moves around. This has just been terrible in Texas, people killed here and terrible in Oklahoma with people killed.
Looking at west of St. Louis, tornado debris field. I pray for everyone in danger tonight.

God wants our country to turn back to him.
When will we learn the message?

PRAYER FOR OUR COUNTRY
O my Jesus, You said, "verily I say to you, whatsoever you shall ask the Father in My name, He will give it to you." Behold, in your name I humbly ask our Heavenly Father to protect every man, woman, and child in our great nation from those who want to delete your name from our society, i.e. on our money, in our courts, and in our schools. Protect us from plans of destruction from which our enemies have plotted.
You, Heavenly Father, are the real foundation of our nation. I thank you for making me a citizen of this land of freedom and unlimited opportunity...which are the results of its Christian base.
Please surround and protect us, and our military with Your love and mercy...in Jesus' name.
Amen

well we starting watching this after dinner as i had fox on while we barbecued out back. my gf started praying that God would reduce the storm and protect the people in the storm. i looked at the storm via noaa.gov and i imagined a city with glass everywhere shredding hundreds of people. it looks like now the casualties where limited. she won. she prays first.
