That was terrific!
Thank You!
Good morning EG ((HUGS))
All is well.
Howz it with you?
Also, had to get a new set of keys yesterday. Lost one of my sets out at the lake on Monday. Thankfully I had a spare so didn't have to walk back to the house.
Always carry two sets of car keys in case you lose one of them.
Also, had a problem with my Grundig Radio yesterday. Hit the "lock: button by mistake and couldn't get it off. Got a hold of their service dept. The tech there helped out. I just had to reset the radio and drain the power to get it back to working.
Tried hitting the power button and it didn't work. So, hit the "sleep" button then held the power button and the radio finally came back on.
Modern technology. Sometimes it doesn't always go the way you want it to.
Whew, been struggling with a bout of diverticulitis over the weekend, no fun at all, but well on the road to recovery.
We're really getting our "typical" May weather, rainy and cool, but things look sunny for the weekend, Woo-Hoo!
OK, more coffee and see ya later...
Have a scrumptious day!

You love to win for everyone, and your favorite successes are the ones you can share with your friends. You are good at both understanding and following the rules. No matter what they are, you'll find a way to win! You are good at practical skills, and you don't mind practicing until you get them down. |
Hope all our Oklahoma FRiends...yourself and my son and his family!....stay safe today! I will be nervous and worried.
My DIL is having a hard time coping after the Moore disaster. They live within a couple of miles of ground zero.
Good morning Pro ((HUGS))
UGH! diverticulitis! One of my sisters has that. Glad you are doing better.
We’re in for a warming spell out this way. And, although we were under a severe weather alert last night, we got very little rain (if any) at the homestead.
At least it’s Hump Day, right?
Have a marvelicious May day.
Awww, sorry to hear that. She's worried about another hitting?
Or worried about those in Moore?
I think all of the above. They had to stay in their safe room during the storm, and she’s been having bad anxiety attacks ever since.
I would probably be much the same if I went through something like that, even though their house wasn’t touched. She knows people who lost theirs. :(
LOL
Bless her. Maybe she needs to put her mind to doing something for the people of Moore...or preparing her home before the next one...so that she won’t “think” about the possibilities...if you get my meaning. Sometimes it helps to take our mind off of the fear.
I’m sure she’s busy with a 5-month old to care for and Piper’s energy to deal with! LOL!
She needs a vacation. Unfortunately, they can’t take one just now.
Oh...David just got his Master Sergeant’s stripe! THAT’S good news! :)
~sob~ I didn’t get a button, you must be a better artist than I am ~sob~sob~ :(
Rather than ninjas with broadswords — historically inaccurate — we could try Valkyries with broadswords. It’s the 200th anniversary of Wagner’s birth, and it would fit in quite well with the occasion.
I’m upping the ante. Valkyries with broadswords, yeah, but I want a chainsaw. And zombies. Flying zombies. Man, the graphics design folks are gonna love this...
nah...IMO, too many zombies around nowadays. And chainsaws are just too scary and gory
oh, whatz the book about anyway? LOL
What elementary school subject am I?
Well...
Evidently not penmanship.
Of course I’m so old, I went to elementary school when they still TAUGHT penmanship.
