Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said that his chambers immigration bill needs to be improved, but that theres still a chance he could vote for it.
Paul said that he could end up backing immigration reform if Senate negotiators will work with him on his push to certify that the border is secure. Paul though warned that the bill also goes in the wrong direction on work visas.
I support immigration reform. At this time, I think the bill needs to strengthen border security. It also needs to expand work visas, Paul said on ABCs This Week.
I will support a bill that fixes it, and I do want to support a bill, Paul added.
Paul though said that he was against a pathway to citizenship for people currently in the country illegally, a key plank of the Senate bill.
I saw Rubio on Hannity Friday,
On it FNC Libertarian babe Michelle Fields asked Rubio about the taxpayer costs of legalizing so many poor unskilled workers.
Rubio lying as usual claimed that they will not get one dollar of taxpayer money and instead will all start paying taxes.
No one called him out on that claim.
Rand Paul immigration ping!
Rand Paul is dancing with the devil in the pale moonlight. Better wake up soon RP.
Soon, he will be revealed to be as George W Bush is to George HW Bush: his father’s son.
Maybe if it were called “Immigration Repair” with supporting language true to the meaning, we might have something to contemplate.
Another American cutie.
Rand seems much more careful with his words then Ron was.
Rand is ambitious. Ron didn’t seem to mind going no where.
So watch out to see what Rand is really up to.
I know FNC is just entertainment, GOP entertainment
but watching cutie Michelle Fields beat up on Dem big government is a hell of a lot more entertaining than watching DUHH Hannity.
ANY bill is one more foot in the door of acquiescence to lawlessness. There is no good bill that says anything other than “We SHALL build the fence.”
Anything short of deportation equals amnesty.
The claim that we can make these Trespassing Foreign Citizens ‘legal’ and then deny them voting rights is a steaming crock of excrement. Some judge will immediately strike that down as a denial of their rights.
One more point for everyone to consider: each amnestied illegal alien will be able to bring in their relatives. The 1986 illegals each brought in around 5, so the 1 1/2 million illegals quickly became 8 million people.
Using that experience as a guide, the “11 million” beneficiaries of the Treason Lobby’s new amnesty will mean 55 million immigrants.
And since the “11 million illegals” is really closer to 30 million illegal aliens we would be swamped with up to 150 million third worlders forever changing America’s demographics.
As with all other laws, Obamacare included, if any portion of a law is struck down by a judge, the entire law should be nullified.
The typical liberal bait & switch is to toss some scraps to the RINOs to lure them in, knowing all the while they've already lined up the judges to overturn everything the RINOs wanted.
So "why are the RINO's supporting it" is the Ten million Vote question
that needs to be asked. I can hardly wait for the Lies and Spin.
She is of hispanic heritage, so to see her speak out against immigration “reform” is refreshing.
Exactly right. And all within twenty years.
Someone’s idea of a perfect wet dream is to turn our nation into Mexico del Norte, but it sure as Sam Hell isn’t mine.
“The typical liberal bait & switch is to toss some scraps to the RINOs to lure them in, knowing all the while they’ve already lined up the judges to overturn everything the RINOs wanted. “
Yep, exactly, and Rand knows it. At some point down the road, sooner than later, a judge will simply ask what part of the Constitution permits 2 classes of Americans - those that are citizens and those that are not. The US attorney, if he even shows up, will shrug his shoulders, and overnight we’ll have 30,000,000 or so new Democrat voters.
Playing devils advocate here, but how do we sell true conservative ideas to Hispanics if they can’t get over their friends and family members being shut out of legal status? If Hispanics go 90% Democrat like Blacks, we can say goodbye to the U S of A.

Obummber and his craven crew have NEVER, EVER exhibited a modicum of interest in defending US ntl security from foreign domination ---- nor has it exhibited a concern for the life and liberties of Americans.
Via "immigration reform" Ohaha is forcing on Americans entire primitive populations of creepy savages emanating from antediluvean Third World countries.
OHAHA REVS UP THE US GRAVY TRAIN FOR SALIVATING THIRD WORLD SAVAGES When the Kenyan butcher hacked a Brit soldier to death, and defiantly gave an interview with blood-soaked hands, Ohaha okayed $50 million to Kenya---as a sign of Ohaha's "tolerance and compassion."
Your tax dollars will go to build madrassas that train more of these jihadist butchers ---- and to subsidize the savages' immigration to America.

LYING IN WAIT FOR OUR TAX DOLLARS---THESE IMPOVERISHED COUNTRIES CURRENTLY HAVE ORGANIZED PRESSURE GROUPS INSIDE THE US (here illegally): Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico (stateside)l Salvador, Spain, Uruguay, Venezuela.
More recently, he puts that on the back shelf. Even his plan kicks the can down the road 5 years — under Homeland Security. If ‘they’ don't secure the border in 5 years, the a special committee is formed.
Duh!
And just how many more millions of illegals will come over the border in that 5 year span?

Rand Paul has been hedging for several months. He now is sort of for certain provisions; sort of against certain provisions; sort of straddling the fence. After all, he's to a presidency to run for. He is trying to appeal to all kinds of voters, and that is turning him into jelly on important issues.
