On his Thursday program, Mark Levin ripped his longtime foe and competitor on conservative talk radio Michael Savage.

That is because half the time Savage seems to be a pretender trying to make conservatives look crazy.

And the the other half of the times, its just Savage being crazy. Can't stand the guy.

I Love to hear his diatribes on food and culture. He is prophetic and poetic.

Mike needs a change, no more radio...

Imagine him on Cable doing a new version of Playboy after Dark with a Jazz Band with Tom Waits in it as the shows band.

It would be even better if he plays the Bartender Philosopher rather than the host as he has mentioned he'd like to do...

He was PO’d that Savage had called Hannity, “Pawn Hannity”, among other things, to some of his other friends (Rush etc).

The best thing to do, is to just ignore people like Savage. They most often self-destruct into relative oblivion, anyway.

I do not know why Levin even wastes a mili-second thinking about Savage, he isn’t worth the energy it takes.

I am not sure what the cause of their on-air squabbling is, but it is very unprofessional — if either wants to be taken seriously. Otherwise, they sound like shock-jocks trying to best each other with insults.

If that is the level of discourse they want, I can find better things to do with my time — like Judge Judy reruns.

Joe Pyne is the grandfather of modern talk shows, radio and TV. Acerbic and usually though not always conservative, he was a role model in the Fairness Doctrine era.

I have tried to listen to Michael Savage but within 5 minutes he is ranting like a lunatic every time.

Exactly right. Savage should leave Israel out of the diatribe against what Obama’s regime (plus McCain and Grahamnesty) is trying to do in Syria. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Israel is hunkered down in a defensive mode. Whatever operations it needs to undertake to keep either Syrian side from attacking IT, is what it does. It is not trying to topple Assad’s regime, because the alternative is even worse and Israel knows it.

I tried listening to Savage once; that lasted less than 10 mins. He is just awful.

Levin should really concentrate more on getting Hannity in line

Savage is right to go after Hannity for posing as a conservative...then pushing a 6 trillion dollar Illegal Alien Amnesty bill. Both Levin and Hannity are pandering to Marco La Raza Rubio. Does Levin actually support Illegal Alien Amnesty, too?

I like Levin, but if he defends Hannity and Rubio, in any way....Savage will go to town on that. No one will care is Savage was once a liberal or supported Moonbeam Brown....they will view Levin as an Open Borders Liberal.

Borders, Language, and Culture will win this one. And, judging by the way Hannity’s ratings are diving on radio and TV...Levin will need to watch it

Whenever I listen to Savage, he has about 5 minutes worth of material then he runs out the clock for the rest of the hour with talk about spaghetti and herbs. There is not enough political food to make a decent meal. Seems like he skimps on the show prep.
