Wouldn't surprise me if the IRS is asking for lists. My church and some of the surrounding churches had a letter writing campaign against the HHS mandate and abortion funding in Obamacare. I fully expected our information was being entered into some kind of database for potential consequences of some kind. After all, haven't we been labeled as potential domestic terrorists by DHS?

The constitution and its bill of rights were designed to place limits on the power of the three branches of government. The regulatory agencies are a fourth branch which was designed to get around those limitations.
There is no bill of rights where IRS, EPA, and the other alphabet agencies are concerned. They do what they want and you can just like it or not like it.

The IRs is asking nothing. Very specific people are asking questions.
Who are these people? What is their office phone number? Where do they live? Who is their spouse? How many children? where do they go to school? What kind and color car?
Knowing the answers will help resolve the issues
