I agree with you. Newt has to be held accountable for his sell-out on a major issue that had severe economic consequences. For a man who prides himself on his knowledge of historical facts, its ironic that he was so easily converted to join the global warming crowd with such little evidence.

Obama won because of tribal politics. We have reached a tipping point. Demography is destiny. And Dem noniminated in 2016 will win and it looks like another historic first—the first woman president, Hillary Clinton.
If you would open your mind, you could see that Newt was speaking of Obama’s political strength. One would have to be silly not to realize that any president would be able to gain political clout or mishandle that clout. Why lie to yourself or see it as something else. When Obama speaks as a patriotic president (which I don’t trust that act), he moves people to the notion that he could not be as radical as the opposition thinks of him. That political clout gave him more voters Imo.
You realize that this is no different that the left; moving the conversation of what Newt said which was correct to personal attacks. He has been saying this before. You’ve spent more time insulting Newt vs. understanding Obama is pro-Islamic. People as you are hurting that a truth should not be discussed that Obama is pro Islamic. I agree. The weird hatred of Gingrich from the GOP establishment and many conservatives is what killed our best shot at the White House.
