Their opinion of Federal Government hits a record low, however, they have a far less favorable opinion of the minority party of 2 thirds of the government with the majority party controlling the 2 most powerful branches of the government. Now that makes perfect sense, especially from the low-information voters.

Sounds like a great time to start a movement to revert the 17th amendment vis-a-vis general election of Senators.

I would even go as far as promising every sitting Senator 1 free appointed 6 year term to get them to support it.

Democrats with a more favorable opinion than Republicans of the federal government, at 41 percent to 13 percent.

There is something wrong with the 13% of republicans who approve of the federal government. They are probably RINO Romney voters.
