So stay inside, cell phone service disrupted, schools on lockdown, trains not moving, roads closed....starting to appear like martial law.

I saw the whole thing. There was no concern at all. He sounded like some guy reading the phone book in monotone. No emotion, all was read from somebody's pre-written statement. No teleprompter, eyes were down 75% of the time, reading emotionlessly.
