Honestly, I get the feeling that she may be ill. She doesn't look as healthy as she once did.

Kind of reminds of Angelina Jolie and how much weight she has lost. She looks sickly thin and has for a few years now. By comparison, Sarah seems to be following her lead. Anyone know if Sarah is battling some kind of illness or if she is (still) under stress from something?
