The chatter is he's up to something, says one Florida operative.
If Jeb Bush decides to convert his media tour into a presidential bid in a couple years, he won't have to look far for a campaign staff: The well-funded education foundation he runs out his office in a Miami hotel is stacked with former political operatives, a large communications team, and a rapidly growing staff whose work stretches into 40 states.
It is common practice for undeclared presidential candidates to build a campaign infrastructure under the guise of a political action committee, but Bush appears to be laying the groundwork for a potential campaign through his foundation, multiple Florida political strategists told BuzzFeed.
"The chatter is he's up to something," said Florida Democratic operative Christian Ulvert. "He has a robust staff and has positioned himself on policy issues. You can safely say his eyes are focused on some form of higher office."

That's the worst of it: the GOP always kowtows to the presswho always favor a left-leaning RINO they know will lose to their cool, free-spending campus radicals.
I agree. We have Obama, the sum of all fears. They have acheived their goal of co-opting both sides to institute Statism. We have acheived absolutely nothing for 40 years. We are now contemplating drone strikes on US citizens, at the whim of the president, without trial, in secret.
We can't be threatened anymore.
Who's out there that loves America and the American people and doesn't mind thumbing his/her nose at the "GOP-e" while skewering the Socialists? Maybe Marco Rubio? I like him. I love Sarah Palin, but she may have demurred herself out of it. It's time for someone who doesn't have a truckload of crap the bad guys can use against him/her, to stand up for America and the American people and is tough enough to successfully stand up to the "GOP-e."
Nice idea, nice song. Some won't be fooled or threatened again, but many will.

Not only no but HELL NO!
-—”The RINOs, every election, force us to vote against the other guy rather than vote for our own candidate.”-—
Then you need to invent a way to stop another Huckatorum/Santuckabee problem this time around. Every single primary, we have suicide Conservatives create a Little Big Horn for the grassroots, and we all then get scalped by the GOP-E.
When you find a way to make this happen, let me know. I’ve been watching this play out for decades now. Until then, get used to the idea that Jeb Bush is, by a LONG MARGIN, the odds-on winner of the 2016 GOP Nomination.
Most of the rich are behind the rats.
What you advocate on this post is inconsistent with the voting behavior of Republican primary voters, particularly in the early states of IA, NH, SC, and FL. It just won’t happen, as you propose.
Better look again - Reagan carried all of these states in both elections.
All we need is the right candidate who cares more about America than politics or party self-perpetuation. Someone who, like Reagan, knows exactly what needs to be done (in Reagan's case, it was cut taxes and WIN the cold war, both against the advise and consent of the GOP-e) and DOES it.
Running Jeb is a win-win for the Pubbie elites.
He wins (not a chance), we have another anti-conservative screwing us and letting the commies run everything.
He loses (guaranteed) and the McCains and the Grahams share in an orgy of mutual masturbation with the Senate fascists and the latest Marxist in the WH.
I’m telling you folks, the GOP doesn’t care if it loses. They win either way.
I am afraid the gap between what Jeb Bush believes and what I believe is much more than that. More like a Grand Canyon gap.
I won't vote Dem, but never, get that? NEVER again will I vote for a Republican candidate that is *completely* devoid of conservative principles.
There will be no more Republican Presidents in this country. Just stating a fact. Unless we create an electable 3rd party, it's Dems from here on in. The GOP is not going to field an electable candidate that could win in an honest election. And that little unicorn (honest election) has left the building. There are none of those in our future either.
Interesting. Did not know that.
Enjoying your posts, BTW.
