Well wiith nome of our local teams in this year, I thought it would be much more interesting to watch Puppy Bowl instead. At least none of the players played “dirty football”, like one team from Baltimore. The only player on that team I like, only because he survived life as a homeless teenager in TN, Michael Ohrr, of the movie “The Blind Side”, but that is it for the Ravens.
Maybe Rush was right after all in his prediction.

For the record she was voted as most wanted to be watched by our troops.Maybe not my style but they liked her.

A fav singer of mine posted this on FB: “This just in: While the lights are out, Prince is being escorted back into the Superdome to demonstrate how to properly put on a half time show.”
As unbelievable as it may seem for younger people, New Orleans was actually quite nice prior the JFK presidency. It was safe, albeit rowdy even then, but not dangerous. There were still movie theaters and fine department on Canal Street if you wanted to take a break from the action in the Quarter.
I want to see a Clydesdale Ad.....
I doubt the stage lighting was tied into the scoreboard. My guess is a transformer for part if the lights. Since the rest of the lighting stayed on I suspect they are getting power from the POCO. If that failed it is usually pitch black for 10 seconds until generators provide emergency lighting.
