ROFL, he looks like Barney Fife here.
All it will take is a prescription for an anti-depressant to cause you to surrender any firearms in the home.
Of the 23 listed most are pretty broad and knowing what a turkey The Won is we have to expect the worst.
He knows just how hot an issue this is with millions as far as limiting weapons right now and probably tried to soft peddle it but it doesn’t mean he won’t do everything he can to disarm us.

Step 1: meet with your lawyer and set up a gun trust (either title 1 or title 2 NFA)
2: put all of your firearms on a schedule A or B within the trust.
3: When doc or any agent of the state ask if you own guns, legally and ethically you can say, "My wife and I do not personally own firearms". ( because the property is a trust asset)

The trust idea looks very interesting. I already have one to protect my boys from my money-squandering ex-wife. Do you have evidence, maybe a legal advice website, where I can check this out? If it checks out, I want to get my trust changed pronto.
It is a separate trust. You do not want firearms in your estate trust. Google NFA gun trust, and doesn’t have to be NFA items only.
