Turn Them Over: Feinstein Moves To Ban ALL Assault Rifles, High Capacity Magazines, and Pistol Grips
Mac Slavo
November 7th, 2012
The agenda no longer needs to be hidden from public view. With President Obama winning another term and democrats taking control of the Senate, the move to fundamentally change America from within has begun with a vengeance.
Were all aware of the restrictive gun laws in the State of California which require low capacity magazines for handguns, fixed magazines for assault rifles, and a whole lot of running around just to be granted the right to carry a concealed firearm.
Now, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), who has championed gun control in her state for decades and co-wrote the original assault weapons ban enacted by the federal government in the 1990′s, wishes to bring even more stringent federal mandates to the land of the free.
What is being proposed by Feinstein is the most significant attack on the second amendment in history.
It would essentially ban thousands of firearms and require gun owners to turn them over to the Federal government.
I dont have the minutes of the meeting (yet), but sources tell me California Senator and longtime gun-hater Dianne Feinsteins legal staff held meetings on Friday with FTB/ATF legal staff to discuss a new Assault Weapons Ban Madame Feinstein would be looking to push through Congress if President Obama wins reelection.
This same pretty good intelligence says the items that would lead to a ban would ban pistol grips and high-capacity magazines, eliminate any grandfathering and ban sales of weapons in possession.
I dont know about you, but if these things come to pass and Im in possession Im certainly not selling.
In fact, the lack of interest in the idea surprised the California liberals legal staffers. Apparently, they believe no logical person could possible disagree with them.
I began receiving the first reports of increases in gun buying by people concerned about tomorrows election. Dealers in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama and Indiana all tell me there hasnt been a huge number of buyers expressing those concerns, but the numbers were noticeable.
Among that group -and the majority of regular purchasers- the core driving most of the purchasing seem to be in their mid-to-late 30s. Again, home and personal defense are the most frequently cited reasons for buying.

At a Congressional budget meeting in September of this year, Feinstein alluded to her desire to reintroduce federal assault weapons ban regulations similar to those she helped cosponsor and pass in 1994 during the Presidency of Bill Clinton:
Ladies and gentlemen, it is time to say, once again, in legislation, weapons of war do not belong on our streets September 5, 2012
It it any wonder that shares of stocks like Smith & Wesson and Ruger surged this morning in response to President Obama winning a second term? While the majority of stocks across the world are in the midst of a sell-off and economic conditions indicate the country is in a recession, Americas gun owners arent waiting to see what happens next.
Senator Feinstein is serious, and despite this most recent report appearing only as a rumor, her comments earlier this year and her actions two decades ago, should leave no question as to where this is headed.
They are coming for our guns; plain and simple.
He doesn’t need the House.
He just directs the BATFE & Co. to stop approving anything needing their approval. Stop NICS. No approvals of FFL licence renewals (take custody of Yellow Form files with extreme prejudice, of course). Don’t have to ban anything, just have to make the system grind to a halt. Let objectors sue. Tie it up in the courts. Drive it, for years, to a Supreme Court which has already been bought off.
Congress handed practical control of the Second Amendment to the Executive branch long ago.
Who could’ve seen this coming? /sarcasm Another POS totalitarian cockroach comes out from POSOTUS’ closet.

You are indeed correct. It would be bad tactics to sit at home with guns in the closet waiting for bureaucrats to ferret them out.
The Texians made that mistake by sitting inside the Alamo, waiting for a classic rank and file napoleonic style army to come surround them and reduce them. The Texians should have broken up into cells and scattered. They should have conducted terrifying ambushes at vulnerable moments. They should have hit supply trains.
Mexicans should have been attacked for 60 seconds at 3am as they slept, then vanish into the night.
They should have found ways to attack Mexican bureaucrats who thought they were safe at home.
They should have been like the VC.
Yes,,you are correct, it would be bad to just have that AK or AR in the closet and just sit there when that law was passed.
From my cold dead fingers.

And all these points of contact you say will be ferreting out where the guns are. Around the world, such people become legitimate targets of resistance movements. Just saying, thats the trend, worldwide, for centuries. Thats how that stuff works sometimes. It would be sad to see it happen here.
Say for a example, an executive at the homeowners insurance company, gets a letter informing him he is under a citizens committee investigation for placing that clause in the contract? He is informed that it must be removed and the company must publically disavow it to avoid his death sentence.
Thats how things work right now in Mexico, in the Balkans, in Iraq, in the Caucas region. The leftist fantasy that Americans will turn them in like Aussies and Brits is a serious miscalculation. So is the idea that people will wait like German Jews waiting to be deported.
There is a line, one side only wants to be left alone. The other is determined to go after them. This all should be easy to avoid.
When they come to take your guns, give them your ammo 1st at 1500 ft./sec.
I guess it’s time to buy more assault rifles, high capacity magazines, and pistol grips.
Having seen Dianne’s campaign commercials, I have to hand it to Disney Imagineering for the the remarkable advances they’ve made in robotics. She looked remarkably lifelike.
It won’t happen. The situation is the same as it’s been for four years. Some of the richest and most influential constituents in both political parties would like to ban semi-automatic rifles and other firearms, but they can’t.
The House of Representatives is still under Republican control with more conservatism than most other parts of government, and it’s even stylish with most Democrats to own firearms and respect our Second Amendment.
But go ahead, and push more on those firearms market prices. We’re kinda full-up on firearms, while most of us don’t use them much. But at least much of the trade is American manufacturing. It’s the season for consumerism and toys for us adults of later ages (not many kids these days).
And I do enjoy the goofy Youtube videos of clowns burning up their barrels with junk “bulk ammo” at old washing machines and other items in dumps. ;-)
[And no, Carter II won’t take over our country as a dictator. He’ll only keep sending the federal pork to bipartisan suckers of debt/revenues in every locale from Uncle Samantha. He’s one of the politicians of 2012. ;-) ]
Meanwhile, I’ll continue to prepare for the slow-motion economic decline for lack of manufacturing on American soil due to too many regulations by saving cash, being frugal, trying to get healthier, saving necessities (like food, tools, on energy, etc.), gardening and so on. ...”healthier” to put off the “end of the world” a little longer (the end of the world of this Baby Boomer by natural causes: getting old).
Her husband has mucho investments in defense contractors. The two of them make a handsome profit from war.
Sorry, yep, that was me, dang that fog early in the morning!
I would strongly advise everyone learns to reload.
I believe your response to be the most accurate. I have no doubt that this how they will do it!
Hmm... I think you’re on to something there.
