WASHINGTON – The Republican National Committee has released a new web video “Joe Biden Says What He Means” as a compilation of Joe Biden’s most candid assessments of the failures of the Obama Administration. From declaring that the Obama economy is a depression for “millions and millions of Americans” to insisting that Barack Obama is “not ready to be president,” Joe Biden always says what he means.

“You have to give Joe Biden credit for always saying what he means,” said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. “His assessment of the last four years under President Obama has been spot on: the middle class has been buried and it has been an economic depression for millions of Americans. Even though President Obama refuses to lay out a plan for his second term to get people back to work, Vice President Biden owned up to the Administration’s only second term agenda, a trillion dollar tax hike. Joe Biden may always say what he means, but the American people can’t afford it any longer.”

OMG...that is awesome!
Bada-Bing!!!!!
Old Plugs stuck both feet in his mouth last night with that.
Has anyone used the word, buffoon, yet?
Thank you for posting this. I told my husband last night I hoped someone would make one after that donkey made that smart alec comment.
Sure, people have been talking about Biden all day.
Why “YouTube”? This needs to be a TV ad from now until Nov. 6th.
Yes! ;-)
Maybe it’s just me, but isn’t the correct version, “I mean what I say?” In other words, I stand behind what I’m saying. Is the inverse have the same meaning?
The man is a certified, walking talking, blithering idiot too stupid to realize the implication of connecting the inane things he says into a giant compendium of disconnected meaningless and damaging horseshit against even his own side.
The complete expression is; “I say what I mean, and I mean what I say.”
Of course that’s probably too much for Joe to remember, so he just goes with half of it.
Is saying what one means the same as meaning what one says?
what about the chains remark - go there RNC!
