Mom said he didn’t want to get up today....she’s had a rough day. The wound seems to healing just fine. He seems to be using the walker, but is not doing very well in the “don’t move from place to place alone” department.
The carpet guy came today and got most of the blood out. Several have suggested OxiClean to get the remaining stain out. I’ll give it a try.

Good evening, puppypusher...((HUGS))...all is well here. How are you doing? The knee well? What kind of weather are you having?
I’m doing just fine.knees causing little problems but its nothing that I can’t live with for the time being.
Our weather here is starting to cool down to a crisp typical fall. The temps are starting to get in the low 40’s so it’s cool in the early morning.
You folks in Alaska getting any snow yet?and how many hours of sunlight have you lost already?

SOUP FOR THE TROOPS
WELCOME TO THE
(where our troops, allies and their families can refresh themselves)
Good morning, Everyone.
Good morning to our
Military, our Allies, and their families.
Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen for today's activities
Another nice visit with the troops.
DC METROLAND WEATHER
~ Today...Sunny. High 63F. Winds W at 5 to 10 mph.
~ Tonight...Mostly clear. Low 44F. Winds light and variable.
Making Z Zoup
A sprinkle of this...a splash of that...
A cat's jaw can't move sideways.
A type of lizard, the chuckwalla,
escapes pursuers by crawling into a crack in a rock
and inflating its body with air
so that it is wedged tightly into the crack
and can't be pulled out.
There are mice that nest in trees.
These creatures may spend their whole life
without ever touching the ground.
Writer L. Frank Baum chose "Oz"
as the name of the fantasyland in his The Wizard of Oz
stories while making up the stories
for his children and their friends.
He spotted a file cabinet marked O-Z,
and impulsively named the magical land
"Oz."
About 27 tons of dust rains down
on the earth each day from space,
making a total of almost 10,000 tons each year.
I've got to go for my morning walk.
But, I'll check pings on my return.
Please stay right where you are.
Keep the troops entertained and the Canteen clean...
Cause...if you don't...I'll tell Ma!
And she has enough to worry about.
