New USA TODAY/Gallup Poll: GOP regains enthusiasm edge. 64% of Reps are more enthusiastic than usual v. 48% of Dems. http://usat.ly/QyKk3a (Link goes to USA Today/ Gallup poll results. Enthusiasm gap buried in article.)
“I addressed a TEA party group in New Jersey this past week and people are ready to crawl through broken glass and fight alligators to get to the polls.”
The broken glass is the daily deluge of biased media garbage and the alligators are the leftist Obama supporters.
Fight them both, Vote Straight Republican, Save the Country.
Clark County is Las Vegas, the one big D influence.
Sorry to bug you with so many questions, but what about your own “anecdata” as a worker in Ohio? How are you seeing with enthusiasm vs 2008? Surely you must’ve had some red flags in 2008, in retrospect...
That is just amazing for Clark County! Did you work in 2008? If so, how is it compared to 2008?
“Okay, keep drinking the Romney is the new Reagan and anybody who tells the truth is an Obozo supporter koolaid.”
No, the idea is to get that Muslim Socialist out of office before he completely destroys the country. You seem to be having some comprehension problems about what is going on. Mitt Romney is our best hope do to so.
“Mitt Romney is our best hope do to so.”
Yeah, a pathological liar who invented ObamaCare is the last hope to reverse ObamaCare and the lying liars who instituted it on the federal level. What great chances we have!
Who are the FR50?
I look at bumper stickers.
In 2008, September-October, Obama stickers were everywhere.
Today, I hardly see them.
I don't see many Romney/Ryan stickers either, but I don't think that's significant. Romney voters probably don't want to have their cars keyed.
“Folks, please tell me what, besides all these polls, is making any of you get a gut feeling that Obama is going to win?”
That’s absolutely right; there is no reason for (most) people to vote for Obama, and many reasons to vote against him.
“The old saying that people vote with their pocketbooks is as true to today as it ever was.”
That’s right, and if it any indication Obama will go down in flames.
“Because Im not hearing it, Im not feeling it, and I see no enthusiasm for Obama at all.”
That’s right; even in Newark NJ there is little enthusiasm for Obama.
There is no Palin to distort things this time---by that I mean that she evoked huge enthusiasm on our side but from a somewhat narrow demographic. People mistook that for Obama-type widespread R support.
at ny rate, I don't see a great deal of "love" out there for Romney, but I see NONE for Obama, even among the "yuts" but I do sense---and It's only a sense---that there is a real fear and even hatred of Obama on our side and except for SEIU types, there is no excitement about Obama. More like apologetic support.
Interestingly enough, I've seen only two Obama yard signs in the neighborhoods I drive through. Both of them disappeared after a couple of weeks. It could be vandalism, but political vandalism is usually done by Democrats, not to them. I am hoping they disappeared because their neighbors told them what idiots they were for supporting Obama.
On the other hand, there are quite a few Romney/Ryan yard signs, and the number keeps growing.
This is a great link to have: showing that in 2008 the “enthusiasm gap” was weighted in exactly the opposite direction as today’s. Thanks!
In Indiana, that the chair won by 130K votes in 2008, I have seen no Obama yard signs at all. In 2008, I saw a few in a heavily republican area. None today. I do see a couple of Obama bumper stickers but these cars are driven by blacks (surprise surprise).
Enthusiasm for the chair is way down from 2008. Here in Indiana and nationwide. He is in trouble, big trouble folks.
I live in NYC area and lower westchester which was Obamamania 24/7 2008 like you would not believe.
Now - I see literally nothing at all. Maybe a bumper stic ker every now and then, but there is NOTHING.
No yard signs, no banners, ZILCH!
Same story in Brooklyn.
It’s so crazy being in NYC and it’s like we don’t even have an election Coming at all.
And CNN/ORC poll says it`s a tie...LOL that`s why I laugh at everybody that believes there is any legit science in political partisan polling...JUST BLOWS MY MIND
Speaking of polls, polls are already done that says Obama won Wed debate.
That`s right Obama has won the debate before it has began, according to MSM polls, where most Americans still get their news, we are doomed. The masses are still guided by MSM, even with internet/talk radio etc
