I saw the video. As usual, it’s grainy and bobbing all over the place but it didn’t look like he got his “butt kicked” to me. Yelled at and called names maybe.

I watched the action yesterday and the cops didn’t seem too energized to protect this mutt. He was finally put in the back of a squad car and driven off( into the East River I had hoped).
Just another day in the city that never sleeps.
