In his speech to the United Nations General Assembly today the President of the United States declared that the future does not belong to practicing Christians. Already, the media and the left are in full denial, probably based on their general lack of understanding of theology. This would have been a gaffe had Mitt Romney said it. But with Barack Obama, he’s just speaking bold truths. His bold truth declares that the future does not belong to practicing Christians.
Pay careful attention to what he says:
"The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam. Yet to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see when the image of Jesus Christ is desecrated, churches are destroyed, or the Holocaust is denied. Let us condemn incitement against Sufi Muslims, and Shiite pilgrims. It is time to heed the words of Gandhi: “Intolerance is itself a form of violence and an obstacle to the growth of a true democratic spirit.” Together, we must work towards a world where we are strengthened by our differences, and not defined by them. That is what America embodies, and that is the vision we will support."
Now, that’s the full paragraph so no one can claim I took him out of context.
But consider this.
It is an orthodox Christian belief that Mohammed is not a prophet. Actual Christians, as opposed to many of the supposed Christians put up by the mainstream media, believe that Christ is the only way to salvation. Believing that is slandering Mohammed. That’s just a fact. If you don’t believe me, you go into the MIddle East and proclaim Christ is the way, the truth, and the life and see what happens to your life.

The values of the West and those of Islam are among those that can't be reconciled. But if the West is ever going to confront that reality, it will first have to stop retreating and stop pretending that things can be reconciled.
Not sure when that might happen.

I guess he thinks my future is in jeopardy. Heck, I don't even know that Mohammed actually exists (some researchers are believing he may have been a composite figure). And it's hard not to belittle a religious leader whose writings call me an infidel and declare that I should be put to death for not accepting his false teachings.
Hopefully, Obama will be out of a job on January 20th. He's an embarrassment.

0bama is essentially espousing Sharia Law where one cannot insult Islam. He is saying that the future belongs only to those who ACCEPT ISLAM.

Doesn’t matter whether you believe that Jesus is divine or there is no God but Allah: the AMERICAN way is to hold that there is no necessary connection between religious belief and the law, and that rights established by the constitution supersede religious commandments. The MUSLIM way is to accept no separation between religious authority and political authority; a state that chooses Islam as the basis for its legitimacy is simply incompatible with constitutional government. Kemal Ataturk knew this — he believed Islam was the greatest impediment to progress in Turkey, and instituted a militant secularism that, unfortunately, is now being undermined. Why can’t the President of the United States promote and defend the American way?

This President has just violated his oath of office to uphold the Constitution (again, but this time blatently)! I WANT THE GOP TO CALL FOR HIS RESIGNATION!
Mohammed was a pedophile, not a prophet, and that's a fact.
Basically he’s saying “It’s okay by me if you pass laws restricting freedom of speech and criminalizing the criticism of religion. Just give me some cover, and make it apply to all religions, not just Islam.”
