The AP notes that Attorney General Eric Holder, who presides over the most corrupt Justice Department of my lifetime, is launching a criminal investigation into the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other embassy staff in Benghazi, Libya. It is inconceivable (to the extent that anything is inconceivable with this Attorney General) that Mr. Nakoula could be a legitimate target of such an investigation, regardless of what else he might have done wrong (such as misleading his actors and dubbing their dialogue with references to Mohammed after the film was made). Nakoula's First Amendment rights in this situation are absolute.
But even that misses the point: Our government just identified to a news organization the real name of a person who is undoubtedly the highest on the hit list, the forefront of the fatwas, of every hypersensitive but well-armed Muslim radical on the planet.
As if publishing the name isn't enough, the AP then tells the world that they found Nakoula "outside Los Angeles." Yes, I realize that's a rather large area and not exactly like giving his street address, but do you think that makes Mr. Nakoula feel better?
But wait, there's more! The Washington Post (and presumably other papers) later in the day named his home town as Cerritos, California. And as if that's not enough, we learn that at Nakoula's property, "county authorities were present because roughly two dozen reporters and film crews were waiting to interview Nakoula."
It is exceedingly likely that the Nakoula family will never be able to inhabit that home again… and that the people who live there next might always live in fear. (I wonder how much that will damage the Nakoula's selling price for the home.)

It is for occasions just like this that we have The First Amendment. In spite of what the MSM and pop culture may lead you to believe, we do not have The First Amendment as an excuse to be an {expletive}.
We do not have The First Amendment to enable so-called "artists" to burn the Flag, swear in their lyrics, show us urine-soaked crosses, or other "shock art." These are trivial, pitiful self-indulgences by the so-called artist. When you don't have any real talent, you try to generate noteriety via controversy. Here's a hint people, when you feel you need to resort to this kind of thing, that's when you know your "artistic career" such as it is, has jumped the shark.
No, situations like this, when people in power start suggesting censorship, or pre-emptive self-censorship, and start coming after people for expressing ideas... This is why we have The First Amendment. When obama, Hillary, and others start apologizing, start suggesting the producer of some work be investigated... This is what First Amendment guaranteed protection is about.
There is no guarantee you won't be offended by what others do or say. There is no guarantee anyone will care what you do or say. But there is a guarantee that people like obama and Hillary cannot come after you, use the power of their offices to try to suppress and repress ideas.

There have already been a bunch of lies associated with the alleged film. A man named “Sam Bacile” was identified as being the writer and producer. He claimed to be an Israeli citizen. The Israelis say they have no record of him. He claimed to have spent $5 million on the movie. The clip online doesn’t look like even $100,000 was spent. There is no record of a “Sam Bacile” living in California, and his strange insistence on the fact that he was Jewish and that he had exclusively Jewish funders for his film in an interview with the Associated Press now looks like something of a red flag.

When CNN inquired about Sam Bassil, the U.S. attorney’s office sent a copy of a 2009 indictment. Those court documents showed the bank fraud conviction for Nakoula Basseley Nakoula.
Several other aliases — Mark Basseley Youssef, Yousseff M. Basseley, Nicola Bacily and Malid Ahlawi — were all listed as aliases in the indictment. Other court documents listed Thomas J. Tanas, Ahmad Hamdy and Erwin Salameh also as aliases.

Everything this filmmaker mentioned about Islam is being proven correct by the Feral Animals who worship the Cult of Mohammed. Instead of attacking the filmmaker....how about attacking the Islamic Terrorists?
