What was the worst speech of the convention.
None of them were any good for Obama, Democrats, or the lib media.
Does Code Pink count?
I could hardly tolerate Boehner’s drunken rants. And then he went on to say he was a ‘crying mess’ during Ann Romeny’s speech. We could do without Boehner, imo.
Perhaps that embarrassing segment featuring the Gingriches was a bid for the thrice-married vote. It was a bad idea.
I’m sure the msm was sad that given their shortened coverage, they missed televising it.
For a GOP RNC on primetime Clint`s
Who was running the agenda, Paulbots?
He did appear drunk...is he known as a drinker? If so, he’s disgusting and someone should have filled in for him.
Can't argue with that.
In terms of what he is capable of delivering, i agree with you about the Newt speech. It was very unmemorable.
On the flip side, the speaker that most pleasantly surprised me was Gov Kasich. He delivered a very impassioned speech which changed my perception of him as being a rather bland politician.
I thought the best 3 were Mrs. Romney, Santorum and Ryan.
The worst was Governor Christie hands down.
Chairmen of the Republican National Committee, Reince Priebus
Best speeches Rice and Ryan
Kelly Ayotte. Sheesh.
The Best was Eastwood. Wish he was the nominee, just to see the Liberals heads explode! (I would cut off a minor appendage if it would convince Thomas Sowell to run for POTUS!)
Boehner’s slurring, mumbling and fumbling
I thought Eastwood was brilliant with his take-off on Jimmy Stewart and Harvey.
My vote for worst? Didn't hear 'em all.
Best? Ryan and Clint Eastwood
Chairmen of the Republican National Committee, Reince Priebus
Zzzzzzzzzzzz!
McConnell, zero emotion, boring.
I was going to mention her but decided not to, thinking perhaps it was due to unfair expectations on my part since i had heard her name bandied about as a possible VP candidate and so was expecting to be wowed by her. After watching her speech i was glad she wasn’t picked, but on the other hand i’m sure she’ll get better.
The blathering and driveling from the TV "news" creatures, which came between each set of prepared remarks from the podium, was the worst speech of the convention.
