Racism is alive and well in Virginia and is subtly manifested in Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's outreach to voters, a local legislator and key Obama surrogate said in a recent interview.
Those comments made Friday by Portsmouth Democratic Sen. Louise Lucas during a local radio interview on behalf of President Barack Obama's re-election campaign have taken on a life of their own, particularly in conservative media.

Senlukas@aol.com: I just heard audio of you on Fox News. You sound like a racist. You lack all ability to master the American language, which makes you sound like the idiot that you are. Barack Obama isn't liked by the majority of Americans because is he is a socialist. It has nothing to do with the color of his skin. Yes, I am white. I also know over 90% of African-Americans voted for Obama. I have a problem with every single one of them because of the following reasons:
1.) They are not Americans first, by self-definition they are African-Americans 2.) They are racist, because they voted for Obama based on the color of his skin 3.) They are the entitled-class, living off the producers in America. 4.) They are ignorant to not know or understand that socialism has never worked and never will work.
You personally meet each every one of the categories. I suggest that you quit your current job and start a business and meet a payroll so that you can actually contribute to society instead of being a leach on the producers in America.
Sincerely and Respectfully,
Democrats are digging deep to reach scum bags to come up with stuff like this. Good!! I hope they continue to reach and reveal more scum bags. The American people are finally getting to see who Democrats really are.
Racism is indeed alive and well in the person of Louise Lucas.
It’s disrespectful and racist to even BE white.
Lucas is from my neck of the woods. She is very insulated by her culture, race and dim politics. Yet, for her race and community, she has done NOTHING for the unemployment, killings and poverty in her community. She just screams racism...
He’s right I’ve found racism is all over especialy here in the south and it;s by most blacks towards whites.
Then lets look at a certain population who came out in million for the first time. Ws it because they liked the policies, hell no its because as they said”he’s a brother”
she not he
Racism is alive and well in Virginia. The fact that Lucas is in elective office is proof of that.
I revel in my red headed, green eyed, freckled pastiness.
Ginger power!
;D
Of course there are racist in VA - Democrats live there.
People like her are going to make Racism a badge of honor. I’llwear mine with pride and vote for the prosperity of the nation.
I'm from PA, that is true here too. Hmmm, wait a minute, every state has Deomocrats. It is about time we pound the racism issue over their heads for a change ... EVERYWHERE
It’s all a ploy to shame white voters into voting for 0bama again. If you make a white person worry that voting agiants 0bama makes them a racist, they’ll vote for to prover to the world and themselves they aren’t a racist.
Me, I don’t give a rats ass. Call me a racist. I hate the son of bitch because he’s a Marxist, a Muslim sypmathizer, because he is a smug, arrogant prick and because he hates America. All the same reasons I hated Bill Clinton.
Gee! A black politician goes immediately to race pimping. They are the racists, along with the black caucuses, NAACP and all the other groups. You would think whitey would get wise to the hustle.
I was with you until you to “Respectfully”. ;>)
Give us a heads up ConservativeInPA. Is there a chance Romney can carry PA this year? Every year, PA teases us and then they end up going for the Dem Presidential candidate. Whaddya think? Is there any reason for us to get our hopes up re: PA this year?
Anyone who voted for Obama in ‘08 to prove that they are not a racist, must vote against him this time to prove they are not an idiot.
