Sandoval is “pro-choice” on abortion, so no sale.
Martinez would be pretty good, but Portman would be far better electorally.

Well, we certainly don’t want Portman.

Yup, Biden would be the skinny field rat and LTC (R) West would be the hungry coyote looking for a quick snack before finding an injured deer.

I think Martinez would be a huge hey maker... the left would freak out literally.... not only a Latin(a) but a WOMAN! Where is this going to be won? Latino + Woman! I do not think Blacks would flock to Rice or West. I do not think women will either. But Martinez could move woman and hands down Latinos. I like Rubio but I may save him for next time around and I also think men are already in Mitts camp. And Martinez could deliver New Mexico one I have no belief now we could win..... I think Jeb and Marco bring in Florida regardless....

Fortunately, Bill Clinton is constitutionally ineligible...no one ineligible to be elected President may be elected Vice President. Constitution?

One thing for sure...We can eliminate JimRob as a potential list member...
OTOH, having JimRob as his VP would be fun to watch...Romney walking with a peculiar limp from the cattle prod he would have shoved up his nether regions to keep him focused on adherence to the former Constitution...

I hope you’re wrong but I think you’re right. Condi would do it if Bush asked her to, and the Bush wing of the Republican establishment is still pretty much in control.
The reason I want West or Palin is because I would like to see his VP acting as a counterweight to Mitt’s RINO instincts.
I hope to heck it’s not Huntsman and if it’s Huckabee I might shoot myself.

My guess Rice I've been saying here that conservatives must get behind Romney. But if he picks Rice, I'm going to ask JR to delete every one of those posts.

You are 100% correct.
All of the good choices are well known, and would not be surprises. (except for the best choice: Palin, who he hates)
