It means that the feds want to take over all means of communications, including this one (the internet). That isn’t going to happen, no matter how hard they try. I am reading it right now but not sre what it means. I notice it revoked an order President Reagan did and ammended another. “b) Executive Order 12472 of April 3, 1984, as amended, is hereby revoked.
