I just read the one Reagan signed..that this one rescinds..and he signs it ROnald Reagan (no office title)
Lots of similar language, however, BOs is much more exhaustive on the priorities of who gets communications restored in the event of an emergency...puts Homeland Security, Justice,DNI and FCC and yet another new Bureau to “manage” them. Oh, yippee.
