At Pelosis weekly press conference this morning, she made the point several times that there was a huge difference between George W. Bush asserting Executive Privilege over the firing of US Attorneys and Obama using it yesterday. When asked what the differences were she deferred to Elijah Cummings on the issue. But then she took a moment to tell the press what this contempt vote was really about, to stop Holder from fighting voter suppression in this country:
Contempt of Congress? Contempt of Congress? To frivolously use that really important vehicle to undermine the person whos assigned to stop the voter suppression in our country? Im telling you this is connected. It is no accident. It is a decision and it is as clear as can be not only to monopolize his time, its to undermine his name, to undermine his name, undermine his name as he goes forward to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

She is completely delusional. I really believe she should be evaluated for involuntary committal to a mental institution.

I believe she is crazy enough to really believe this.
Showing an ID is not voter suppression. EVERYONE has to show it. Is showing an ID for cigarettes smoker suppression? Is showing ID for alcohol drinker suppression? Is showing ID for a bank account, financial suppression? Is showing ID for gas and electric utilities to be turned on energy suppression? Are clubs that demand photo ID before entering, attendee suppression? Is showing ID to a law enforcement officer citizen suppression? Is showing ID to get onto a plane passenger suppression?
Is demanding photo ID at an Obama fundraising event, VOTER SUPPRESSION?
If they say all the above is voluntary, SO IS VOTING! In most elections the majority of eligible voters DON’T VOTE. Nobody is forced to vote.
Voter ID is good for all. It lets the voter know nobody else has voted in their place. It also adds integrity to the voting process because it means in principle all votes cast were cast by a voter that was verified to be who they said they were. Doesn’t solve the problem of fake IDs if the people still want ot cheat but it makes it more expensive and if discovered people could be jailed for doing it.

Here she's actually brazenly accusing the Republicans of exactly what the Democrats promote which is voter intimidation such as happened in the 2008 election with the NBP that Mr. Name undermined, lawless AG Holder sidelined the already won case.
Typical Democrat/Leftist Pelosi in that she projects onto others that which is precisely their own doing. Standard Leftist Diversionary tactic.

Holder via the DoJ is suing Florida to stop them from carrying out their responsibilities required by federal law, under that rationale that this somehow violated federal law.

Let's remember
where, when, and who started all of this.
Let us ALL remember, Over a barrel? Meet White House gun policy adviser Steve Croley
By Jason Horowitz,
(excerpt) ... On March 30, the 30th anniversary of the assassination attempt on President Ronald Reagan, Jim Brady, who sustained a debilitating head wound in the attack,
and his wife, Sarah, came to Capitol Hill to push for a ban on the controversial large magazines.
Brady, for whom the law requiring background checks on handgun purchasers is named, then met with White House press secretary Jay Carney.
During the meeting, President Obama dropped in and, according to Sarah Brady, brought up the issue of gun control, to fill us in that it was very much on his agenda, she said.
I just want you to know that we are working on it, Brady recalled the president telling them.
We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.
In the meeting, she said, Obama discussed how records get into the system and what can be done about firearms retailers.
Her husband specifically brought up the proposed ban on large magazine clips,
and she noted that even former vice president Dick Cheney had suggested that some restrictions on the clips might make sense.
He just laughed, Sarah Brady said approvingly of the president.
Both she and her husband, she emphasized, had absolute confidence that the president was committed to regulation.
In simpler, pre-administration times, so was the presidents point man.
In Croleys book, he argued that for all the healthy skepticism, in a complex world, regulation still amounted to the least-worst solution to pressing social problems.
#146;s book, he argued that for all the healthy skepticism, in a complex world,

Seriously, i just want to lock her up in a mental home. To assert that a lawful inquiry into how many people died is really about supressing Dem votes is beneath even her My concern is with the people that keep returning her to congress and the party that keeps putting her in their leadership. It's is not a coincidence that Harry Reid is their senate leader and displays the same lie to your face, outrageous statements, and deny, hide or twist any inconvenient facts in order to prevail.
They are absolutely rabid.

Let the nutty which keep talking and confirm that the demoncrat leadership are off the reservation. Why she has not been excommunicated from the Catholic Church makes no sense either, as she defies the Vatican and the Bishops and says that she speaks for the majority of Catholics and that abortion is okay and obamacare mandated birth control is okay and the church is wrong!!!!

She’s right! Democrat voter fraud IS vote suppression!

Pelosi is either smoking something or has gone over the edge. Nobody is trying to “suppress” people from voting. We’re trying to “suppress” VOTER FRAUD.
