Prepare to see a disturbing video of young people at their worst. This clip of middle schoolers allegedly abusing a bus monitor is so disgusting, so bothersome that it will leave many wondering what has gone awry in our society. Of course, it is merely one of the many tragic, anecdotal instances of human cruelty that we so often see today. The unbelievable clip is painful to watch, as it shows alleged students from Greece Athena Middle School in Rochester, New York (my hometown) take their abuse to horrific levels.
The woman purportedly shown in the video, Karen Huff Klein, 68, is victimized incessantly, as students spew insults and obscenities at her. Throughout the clip, the children can be heard in the background calling her “fat,” threatening her and making fun of her hairstyle, among other sentiments. Astonishingly, the abuse continues for more than 10 minutes.
Of course, this description is mild when compared to hearing the actual words used in the clip. As can be viewed and heard above, the children told Klein that she looks like a troll and that she should “shut the f**k up” when she tried to defend herself.
Here‘s a selection of some of the other grotesque comments that were thrown Klein’s way in the first minute of the clip:
“Fat ass.”
“Oh my God, you’re so fat.”
“You take up like the whole entire seat.”
“Put those glasses back on. I can’t stand looking at your face.”
When the woman tells the kids that she is crying (presumably as a result of their attacks) they refuse to relent. In fact, one kid can be heard saying that she’s shedding tears because “she probably misses her box of Twinkies.” Here’s more:
“You have refluxes of an elephant,” another child can be heard saying.
“She‘s going to pick out which kid she’s going to rape next,” another quipped.
“She’s going to die of diabetes, because she’s so damn fat,” said another.
At moments, the youths even poked and attempted to touch the woman, as she sat, for the most part quietly, and allowed their abuse to continue.
“If I stabbed you in the stomach, my knife would go through you like butter because it’s all f**king water,” another kid said.
Among the comment that hurt the most, Klein told WHAM-TV that one child’s statement that she is so ugly that her “kids should kill themselves” was particularly hurtful. Her son committed suicide 10 years ago.
“Dollars to donuts theses are wealthy kids. There’s a private school near where I work with many children of the wealthy. A lot of them are intolerable and incredibly foul mouthed and nasty. Their parents don’t seem to give a damn. Two of the kids are easily identifiable on this video. They should be immediately expelled and thrown out ion the street. Betcha they’re not.”
Sad that these wealthy kids aren’t that much different than poor inner city kids who live with the ghetto gangstas and drug dealers.
Epigenetics.. Imprison kids hours a day for twelve years with minimum supervision and they change. Kids have always been cruel, but something genetically changed. IMHO Maybe temporarily, maybe not.

That (almost) sounds like the ‘insults’ kids used to throw at each other back in the 50’s/60’s of course, these have been updated to cover today.
We would never have dared speak to an adult like that, much less one that was in control or had some sort of ‘power’.

(It takes a moment's reflection to realize what heartless innocence actually looks like if one has a sentimental view of innocence.)

Fear. Perhaps she was afraid they would kill her. She’s almost 70, and middle schoolers can be pretty big and strong. This group could have very well went off the cliff and killed her if she fought back. And she wasn’t getting any help from the bus driver or the rest of the “innocent little darlings” on the bus. She was on her own.
This is likely the saddest, most disgusting, and disturbing videos I have ever seen (excluding the jihads antics).
If I ever caught my kids engaging in this abusive behavior, they would have suffered far more than a day or a month of digging ditches.
I understand that kids are often cruel, and that they regret that later in life. But, I can say with certainty that this would never have happened in the America where I grew up.
On the good side, for me anyway, I can say with equal certainty, that my kids, at that age, would never have engaged in such despicable behavior. In fact, it would have repulsed them.
I feel so sorry for that lady.
I wouldn’t be surprised if some nanny is “bringing up” these kids. For one thing, the kids seemed to have an abusive attitude towards this lady not just for personal reasons, but because they regarded her as hired help whom they had some right to abuse.
I once lived behind a very expensive private school in Manhattan, attended mainly by the kids of wealthy media people, attorneys, etc., and they were so foul-mouthed and abusive in the playground that they made the gutter punks in Harlem look good. At least there was some excuse, their miserable environment, for the bad behavior of the latter group.
WIthout watching the video, I can be 95% sure that most of the kids look like they could be Obamas children.
Having had children go through public schools, when the schools set on a mission to change social norms, they go overboard in trying to turn kids against what they don’t like. It was not enough to reject smoking, the kids had to hate on smokers as demon people with an evil character flaw who were trying to kill them with second hand smoke.
Since these kids’ comments were targeting the woman’s fat body and telling her she’ll die of diabetes...guess what. This is the lastest hate fest against fat and fat people. Fat children never have it easy with their peers at this age, but I bet they are really suffering now.
The predominently white middle class school teachers really pour it on when they are on a self righteous health or hate mission and incorporate lessons into every subject.
They encourage the children to nag and harass their parents about fat issues they learn in school which gives them the permission to actually disrespect adults if they are not thin or if they don’t serve food as directed. I think this is the product of Moochelle’s latest nanny state brain washing mission.
It’s no excuse for these kids acting like feral animals, but it is important to see the connection because liberals are into brain washing children to ‘bring change’ these days.
Am I the only one who noticed that the “bus monitor” is less than worthless at her “job”, and by her inaction is not just condoning bad behavior, but is actively putting children at risk?
Everyone commenting on the depravity of the kids on this bus, might want to think about the depravity of the
adult(s) who allowed it to happen.
The “poor old lady” bus monitor is supposedly paid to keep the school kids in line, while on the bus.
EPIC FAIL.
Why even pay to have have her on the bus if she can’t do the job?
Because I watched the video and saw an adult refusing to do her job.
My solution would be to fire her, and ban those kids from ever riding a public school bus.
Hire someone who is actually capable of being a “bus monitor”.
Problem solved.
The bus monitor should SUE the school district, and the principal and superintendent PERSONLLY! It's time teachers, principals, and superintendents had their own personal bank accounts and homes threatened.
If children are treated like prisoners we should not be surprised to see prison social pathology.
Schools look like prisons.
School transport looks like prison work gang buses.
In many ways, schools treat children, ( whose only crime was being born) like prisoners. Every First Amendment Right is trashed. There are lockdowns and solitary confinement rooms, drug sniffing dogs, and random searchers. They are ordered by government functionaries when to speak, publish, rest, eat, exercise, and must have permission to use the restroom. School yards look like prison exercise yards. And...They are fed none stop godlessness.
For the child there is no escape. They are abandoned by their parents to these prisons.
Finally, ....If adults were subjected to the environment seen in this video, they would win millions......So?....Why would we think this a normal experience for children, or that somehow it would make them stronger?
Oh wait that's right it is the job of the PARENTS to teach them these things.
