A parent drops them off at the before-care facility early in the morning. After the the school day, they go to after-care, where they are not picked up until around 6P. They see the parents for how long each day?

PS Poor parenting is found among both wealthy and poor parents. May I suggest you blame the faulty premises of Dewey and Mann if you are looking for a source to blame for the pooblik skool collective’s sorry state, and their ill prepared products.
