Apprently you missed thios when I posteed it to you several hours ago: If only there was some retired person who take these "little angels" under her wing and teach them how to respect adults. Perhaps home school them for several years to improve their disposition.

Oh wait that's right it is the job of the PARENTS to teach them these things.
