A letter from the Department of Justice (DOJ) caused the University of Arkansas at Ft. Smith (UAFS) early this month to reverse policy and allow a 38-year old anatomically male-student permant use of women's bathrooms on campus despite opposition from female students.
The university made the reversal on "advice of counsel" after receiving a letter the DOJ sent in response to a complaint that a single, self proclaimed "transgender" student filed with the DOJ's Civil Rights Division.
"Because of the stance we took, the individual filed a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights in the Department of Justice," Mark Horn who is the vice president of university relations explained in an interview with Campus Reform on Tuesday.
Jennifer Braly, the student who filed the complaint, calls himself "transgender" with a "gender identity disorder." Braly, however, remains anatomically a man and is currently raising money online for Sex Reassignment Surgery (SRS).
Braly filed the complaint with the DOJ after the university initially told him to use the campus's several gender-neutral bathrooms instead of the women's restrooms.

Maybe he is a complete dumbass and is standing to pee like a frickin idiot.... and then can’t figure out why the women in the bathroom call him sir.... well maybe HE didn’t get the “pointer/setter” memo....
I wouldn’t want a guy peeing standing up in my restroom cause women don’t pee standing up and there is always a drop or two left on the seat ....ugh gross (grew up with many brothers).
Or “she” wanted the attention, I have had the distinct displeasure of knowing a few “transgenders” who were out and out attention whores. All the morons would have had to do is tone it down a bit and they would have had far less issues with supposed intolerance. But because they were jerks they thought that world was after them because they were freaks, no, the world was on their case because they were dumbass jerks who couldn’t get a clue if it was handed to them.

Braly should “man up” and raise the g_d d_mned money himself. That is like saying I want to be a freak, but I don’t want to pay for it myself, want other people to pay........
Anyone has the right to be a freak, but asking other people to pay for it is just plain wrong.

Funny story, a friend of a friend who is a lesbian was telling me once of this big yearly women’s festival thing in michigan where all the lesbians go running aroun nekkid. But they only allow “women born womyn” and turn shemales away at the gate. And she thought it was such a great festival.
I called her on this “intolerant behavior” and I admit I had fun watching her spin her supposedly tolerant liberal position on that one...
I’m surprised Gays aren’t demanding a bathroom of their own. I’d be for it. I don’t want one of them trying to ‘peek’ at me while I’m using the Men’s room.
That works ok for a single toilet, but multiple toilets? No way.
The women need to file suit that their rights as women, as well as privacy rights, are being discriminated against, and that the Obama administration hates women.
What if some more traditional perv decides to dress up as a woman just to get into their restroom.

No matter what happens to Obama; he will, forever in his own mind; and those of disciples; have accomplished much of what was his goal. He promised 'Change' - and he delivered.
Too many; and hope by November, mamy more; will find Obama's change; not what they 'can believe in'. A giant, au contraire; or so pray.
