Dr. Jerome Corsi was the first guest on tonight's Bill Cunningham Radio Program on the Premier Radio Network and he spent about 20 minutes talking about the Obama literary agency biography and other eligibility-related issues. The presence of this topic was a bit surprising, as Cunningham has previously been dismissive and condescending of these questions, instead towing the line that Obama was politically misguided but nonetheless a nice guy and good family man who was clearly eligible to be president [Article II Section 1 be damned!].
Much of his appearance covered the basics of these questions, but Dr. Corsi did say that he expects Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the Cold Case Posse's next press conference -- probably to be held in mid-June -- to bring explosive news on Obama's birth location and the COLB forgery. He also said that, given the information being uncovered, he wouldn't be surprised if Obama was NOT the Democrat candidate for president in November!
What’s up with Cunningham and these other chicken radio hosts afraid to touch the issue. After the way the left smeared Cunningham for using obama’s middle name Hussein, how can he call him a nice guy?

It was a turn of phrase. I meant that the Clintons have fallen out of favor with the movers and shakers in the establishment elite.
Precisely. In fact, Romney may even be more preferred by them, because Obama has proven to be a narcissist with delusions of grandeur, and a hopeless incompetent. He's dangerous to the elites because it's all gone to his head, and he's behaving like he's in charge or something. Can't have that, you know.
Succession procedures have play only between the time Obama leaves office and January 20.
The name on the ballots doesn't mean squat in the framework of succession. In the presidential preference election, voters are voting for a political party, and the candidate name put up by the party can change anytime - before the election, even AFTER the election! The president is "carved in stone" when Congress counts the electoral ballots. I think states send those out to Congress in late December.
That's funny. So is the fact that you think that Hillary can come back from the political dead. She was dumped by the Dem establishment, in favor of a fresher, much deadlier crew of thugs and cut throats.
The grey haired, tie-dyed hippie crowd is out - the hip, urban, killer crowd is in.
I don't know that the threats were that overt (although I wouldn't put anything past the thugocracy). I just think the old liberal hippie crowd was no match for the up and coming young urban killer crowd.
That said, it didn't take long for the elites to realize that the new kids on the block are too much for them to handle. They're arrogant enough, and dangerous enough, that given time, they'll have their former masters swinging by their necks.
I believe this is why they've all tacitly agreed to let Obama do himself in, and quietly move their support to Romney, who is someone who's more of a company man. He'll get the job done, stabilize their agenda, and won't assume the mindset of a dictator for life.
It’s not just the Clintons, it’s anyone who could effect a difference that has been threatened. Get some names and then use communist rules. Put a bullet in their head on the sidewalk in front of their house instead of a slap on the wrist five years later. I am so so tired of having to use refined civilized rules when the left are thugs and criminals who without remorse will knife us in the back and then tell us it’s our fault.

How about if he were President, was cognizant with foreknowledge of his constitutional ineligibility, but Soetaro took the oath anyway and fradulently took the power as well. In the course of his work, he personally order the assassination of a foreign individual without a trial (Obama bin Laden) as a de-facto phony imposter of a Head of State. Could he not retroactively be tried by a international crime tribunal for depriving someone of the “UN Basic Rights”? This is not to say Bin Laden did not get what was deserved for him, but it begs the international jurisprudence point and Muslim groups could go after a disgraced private Kenyan or whatever citizen Obama, (in Nairobi or otherwise wherever) for an unlawful killing and international war crimes. What a can of convenient United Nations worms. Bottom line is it would have to be adjuged from US legal perspective, a four-year tecnical coup d’etat, for it would represent an unauthorized seizure of US federal power of the executive, including taking over Commander in Chief Status illegally.
Here is where I think the SH*T could REALLY hit the fan:
Neither Obama nor Romney get the necessary 270 electoral votes. It is thrown into the House of Representatives for resolution. Obama turns out has led in the national popular vote. (The media hypes this point). Nonetheless, The House being majority-controlled GOP, it awards the Office of Presidency to Romney and certifies him as such in Congress Assembled.
The hype in Obama's core community has nothing to do with rules nor the order of Law nor in the precepts and procedures in the The United States Constitution (which they won't education people as they start to smash store windows and pull truck drivers from vehicles to beat the snot out of them.). The only rallying cry will be "Obama won the majority! Obama won the votes! But the WHITE House of Republicans took it away from him (us). The Crackers have denied us a president again!" It would be quite a potent and nascent battle cry across the land. I would say, double up on the sandbags and citizen patrols checking entry into safe neighborhoods. Course, the FBI, Justice Department and federalized National Guard would consider that "unconstitutional, racist and unwarranted".
What a perfect storm, this Romney wins the House vote for President, with an Obama majority of the national total popular vote. Yikes.

The electors assemble in their respective states, and send certified ballots to Congress. Those ballots name an individual person for the office of President, and another individual person for the office of VP. I think you are correct on the timing, the first week in December. But I'm going from memory on watching Bush v. Gore, which pushed tight against the statutory deadlines.
Congress opens the ballots and counts them, state by state, IIRC, in alphabetical order. This is the point in time when challenges can be made, e.g., ineligible candidate or improper ballot from a state. John Kerry challenged Ohio's ballots, but the Congress voted the challenge down.
One of B. Cliton’s good friends was killed - shot - a week (IIRC) before the Dem convention, and he knew stuff, in fact he and someone else who also died very quickly were going to bring up the non-eligibility at the convention.

Well, there ya go. You've essentially got two warring gangs of thugs pitted against each other in the highest stakes game on the planet. The one gang proved no match for the other, and have since been made to bow to the new turf boss.
It's not a lot more complicated than that.
