FOUR out of five black women are seriously overweight. One out of four middle-aged black women has diabetes. With $174 billion a year spent on diabetes-related illness in America and obesity quickly overtaking smoking as a cause of cancer deaths, it is past time to try something new.

A lot of self destructive aspects in the American Black culture have evolved out of reaction to slavery and hatred and resentment towards the white race. In everything, unforgiveness is poison to the ones who wallow in it.

The demand that Blacks don’t “act white” has been enacted in very destructive ways like, don’t act law abiding, don’t act like a good student, don’t act good, happy, nice or polite, don’t act successful, don’t act rational, don’t act cooperative nor caring... It was boiled down to don’t act civilized.

Christianity should be a help in this melt down because it is based in the understanding and miracle of forgivness which is release from enslavement to every kind of evil.

But Black church leaders, in order to keep themsleves segregated and entitled, reject the very foundation of their own faith in order to nurture hatred and rage against the white race in the name of evil slavery.

The Rev. Jesse Jacksons, Rev. Wrights, etc. are a dime a dozen ensuring the Black race are never delivered from evil by Jesus. They nurture racism, resentment and entitlement in the name of Jesus.

Yes, it’s partly genetics but not completely. If you go to youtube and look at the old videos of Soultrain 95% of the kids are skinny. By today’s standards they look too skinny.
