With the foisted increased possibility of Mittens buying becoming the Nominee, can you actually justify voting for him in the general election?
This is what I am truly curious to find out.
- Do you plan to vote for Mittens in the General election?
- How do you plan to justify a vote for Mittens?
- Is it ABO "anyone but Obama"?
- Or is it ABR "anyone but Romney"?
- Or is it pure loyalty to the GOP?
- .....or do you think Romney is the best that the GOP can offer?
- Or..........do you plan to write-in a vote?
- Or is there a possibility to give any thought to either Virgil Goode or to Gary Johnson?
Virgil Goode info" http://www.goodeforpresident2012.com/
Gary Johnson info: http://www.garyjohnson2012.com/about
Personally, at this moment, I simply cannot vote for Romney under any circumstance. I am also convinced that if Romney runs against Obama, Romney will lose massively.
I'd really be interested in your feedback, especially in terms of how you potentially plan to justify voting for Romney if he indeed becomes the Nominee.
Thank you,
NRT

Mormonism is odd, but not evil. Meet a few dozen Mormons and find a bad one, I dare you.
Socialism is evil. Romney should be defeated because he is the lesser “Me Too!!” Socialist, not because of the oddity of his religion.

I will not be voting for him. He is a liberal dem pretending to be a conservative. The last election was the last straw. I have been getting calls about him and I do not answer the phone. Enough already

I think Romneys best hope is that lots of liberals vote for him. His primary wins came in Obama strongholds so let him continue to count on their support. He made it clear he didnt want mine.
He's counting on it. And frighteningly, there are enough disaffected socialists out there who think that Obama hasn't been liberal enough that Romney could conceivably get a big number of their votes. And I think many of them are well aware of the damage Mitt Romney can do to the GOP--they like the sound of that very much.
The fact that Jimmy Carter spoke highly of Romney should set off the alarm siren for perceptive conservatives. Romney's candidacy is not just about winning the presidency--it's about destroying the Republican party as a vehicle for conservatism.

Some of us are not shut ins, cranks, keyboard commandos, we have real world responsibilities. We cannot afford another 4 years of this disaster called Obama. I would crawl over flaming coals to vote Romney to get rid of the Dog Eater.

"Not voting for Romney is easy to do if you are in a deep blue or a deep red state. Im in Connecticut, youre in California - our votes will do nothing to keep Obama from gaining the electoral votes from our states. Your question should be directed at purple states, in particular FL, PA, OH, MI, CO, NM, NC, VA, MN, WI"
Very true. Thank you.

I'm just curious if or how a Romney vote could be justified to a GOP voter. That's BS and I'll say it to your face.
You know the overwhelming reason so many here are going to hold their nose and vote for Romney. It's been stated over and over again and for good logical reason.
You are not curious at all. You are either a deep cover Obama supporter trying to create division, or you are trying to convince others to let Obama get re-elected and send the GOP a message. Your premise for posting this whole piece if deceptive at best and a lie at worst.
I pride myself on being very objective and intellectually honest to a fault. Like all at FR, I am frustrated and angry that we will face another election cycle with crappy representation. But I am humble enough to swallow my pride, take this hill, try and win this battle so that we may continue to fight battles in the future.
Take a swing at intellectual honesty. Next time you post a vanity clip, try just stating your opinion and work on convincing others to join you.

That is an easy one. Romney is not a Marxist totalitarian, law breaking thug. Nor is he a liar and he is a patriot.
LOL. Spoken like a truly delusional human being.

Someone else here said it quite well, a vote fora third party candidate elects Democrats. We can no longer afford it. The problem is... the nomination of Romney seals the deal for Obama. Romney brings nothing to the fight other than his NOT being Obama. That isn't going to be nearly enough to get Mittens over the top.

With the two jackass you have named, apparently, you, as with a crapload of others here, want the Obama-Idiot-King for another four years.... =.= With the jackass sitting atop the GOP now, the Obama-Idiot-King is GUARANTEED another four years.

“Are you mormon? If not, you do realize that Romney believes your religion to be an abomination, right? Would that make him a religious bigot?”
No it would not because that is not true. I know Mormons and they don't go around attacking other religions like you so called southern white trash Christians do. It really gives the south a bad name that you people exist.
To: NoRedTape
ABO is why I'm going to vote for the GOP candidate, whomever it is, period. Any write-in, stay at home, OTHER, etc. vote is a vote for Obama. Circular reasoning, until a more moderate or conservative cabal gets to the positions of power in the GOP, we play with the cards we are dealt. ANYTHING would be better than O & Co. to think, or act, otherwise is foolish, IMO.
Romney may not be my first choice in the primary, but when the primary is over, then whoever it is, gets my vote.
It's not rocket scientistry (sic) to figure this out, it's actually counter productive to do anything else. IMO.
